Hey Jodi!!!! It really doesn't matter to me which side I do first. I'm not a planner, I just kind of roll with it LOL and fit my books in. So if you have a preference or like to plan your books with other challenges, go ahead and let me know which side you want.

I'm pretty laid back and easy going as far as all that goes.

No, when I joined the group the 90210 challenge was already started. But it looked like some great tasks.

I'm excited for this challenge though and look forward to reading and discussing our books. Maybe even getting some recommendations from you.

I’ll start with good if you don’t mind :). I try to plan but then I find myself spending all this time planning when I could be reading. I’ve learned my lesson though on not having to many challenges going at once. I usually do uno but missed my check in so I just have this and the monthly theme challenge and a few easier ‘list’ ones. I’m usually not into vampire books… the closest thing I’ve read was Twilight lol so this should be interesting.

We were on the same Eros team :)

Nope I don't mind a bit. I will use the two posts above with the tasks to track what I am reading.

It does take a lot of time to plan that's why I stopped a long time ago. It just didn't work out for me especially when I tend to be a mood reader. A vicious cycle. I stopped doing challenges a few years ago because I am addicted to them but found I was spending more time tracking planning and posting than reading. And of course, real life got in the way of my "fun" time and my reading decreased drastically. But now I am a little more on track : )

YASSSS!!! We were on team Eros together. That's why I was super excited to see that you and I were team mates again.

I have read a few vampire books but not many. I will probably have to search a little to find books to fit. This will probably be interesting for me too. I have read the Twilight books as well, and a couple of the Sookie books and maybe one or two of the Vampire Academy books. I can't remember LOL

I will let you know later today/tonight how things are going for me :)

Hey Jodi!!!! How are things going for you?

I started getting sick yesterday : ( I'm sure it is just allergy/sinus related. Things are starting to get green and the daffodils are blooming. I spent most of the day in bed reading/napping/and using a big box of tissues LOL

I finished 3 books yesterday and luckily they all fit right in. I'm going to the library maybe today or tomorrow. I need to do a search for werewolf,vampire and siren books. Hopefully I will find something really good.

I have 7 more books to go :( and all of them are from the genres I don't read much from so I am hoping I pick something at least half way decent LOL

Hi!! I apologize I haven’t posted in a bit. Still working on mine. I’ve had a few other books I needed to finish up for a challenge, unfortunately they didn’t work for both. I’ll check out what you’ve been reading for some ideas for next months picks *wink*. Did u do the 90210 challenge? I failed miserably… but since I’m not a quitter, I’m working on that one still even though it doesn’t really matter now lol

UGHHHHH I'm running out of time LOL Not sure if I will get all the tasks finished or not. I'm reading a book about queens now.

I goofed up on the witch book. I read a book about a witch instead of a witch on the cover LOL DRATS!!!!!

Well, I failed miserably : ( I don't have any vampire or werewolf books in my own personal library. I searched my local library and there were long wait lists and I couldn't get the books in time. I'm going to try to finish both sets of tasks this coming month. We will see how that works out for me LOL

I did too.. lol, I’ve been paying more attention to my other challenges. I’ve never been huge into vampires and hoped this would open that up for me. I’m going to keep trying!

Yes, I've been paying more attention to my other challenges too. Especially when I discovered it was going to be difficult to get vampire books that I was even remotely interested in. Keep watching here to see if I find anything that may peak your interest. Like you, I don't read a lot in the Vampire genre, but it's very popular. I've tried to read vampire books in the past, but I'm just not drawn to them like everyone else. I think the Twilight series kind of ruined that for me LOL

How are you Jodi? Well, some of my books are falling in place, but most of them NOT lol. I usually do pretty well with tasks like this but not this time. I still haven't gotten any vampire books that fit : ( that must be a popular genre. Lots of holds for them at my library.

I had 100% intentions of vampire reading lol! Between my daughters shoulder surgery and her recent diagnosis of intracranial hypertension, I’ve struggled! I have them all listed down and I’m still going to work on the tasks. I signed up for next round too.. hopefully I can get some of my reading time back! The husbands been home and he gets annoyed if I walk around all day with my earphones in or my face in a book! Boo!

Yes, I had good intentions too, but my library isn't playing nicely LOL OH no Jodi, I'm sorry about your daughter. I hope she gets to feeling better soon and has a speedy recovery. I didn't sign up for the next round. I looked at the tasks and I don't know if I already own or can get books from the library for some of them so I'm going to pass it. Plus, I have to get my posting caught up on some of my longer challenges. I have to many going right now. After I get caught up, and finish some, I'll start signing up again.

LOL what's your husband doing that you can't have the earphones in. Tell him you'll be glad to hook him up with some audiobooks too. Yeah, I agree with the BOO!!!!

Hey Jodi!!! How are things going with you? I've updated my task list : ) and doing a lot better with the good tasks than I did with the bad tasks. Those vampire books just really got me LOL I'm still on hold lists at my library for vampire books. I know those books are popular but I just didn't realize they were that POPULAR. But my library also doesn't have a large selection of that genre, even yet I didn't think it would be that hard to get vampire books.

I’ve failed twice at this challenge lol. I need a better strategy. I think if I just pick out all the books and choices early on, I can make those picks try to fit into the other challenges.

I'm not going to say fail anymore LOL Anything we got read was some type of accomplishment : ) I'm not real good about planning books ahead of time because I always end up changing my mind LOL but that may work for you : )
