Hi everyone,

How is your reading month going? So we are 5 months (or so) into 2022. Have you read a book in 2022 that reminded you of how much you love to read?

For me, it would be Lois McMaster Bujold and the Vorkosigan Saga, I had not read this author before this year, and I am thoroughly enjoying her works.

I loved The Widows of Eastwick (John Updike). It was a wonderful sequel to The Witches of Eastwick. John Updike is a brilliant author.

I loved Assassin Next Door (Bad Boy Inc. #1) by Eve Langlais. It's not your typical romance by any means. As an assassin, Calvin never thought about romance or having a family. Until he met his neighbour, single mom Lily.

Even with all the killing going on, this book had me chuckling and hoping for a HEA.
