I know it's a little belated, but what are your thoughts about the season 2 casting? Any theories about what direction they'll take the show?

I'm so excited for this. I think Jack Wolfe looks exactly how I imagined Wylan. I am also excited for Tamar and Toyla because their sibling vibe is really fun and I can't wait for that to be shown on screen. I'm actually worried about Nikolai, because he was my favorite character in the books and I'm worried they will mess it up in favor of making Mal look better.

i’m looking forward to it! i’m a little nervous for the casting of nikolai, because patrick gibson just doesn’t look like what i pictured nikolai as? i’m sure he’s going to do a good job but i really prefer the other casting choices for this season. (particularly jack wolfe because he’s going to make an incredible wylan)

I felt the same about Nikolai, but we'll see. The casting has been amazing so far. And yes, Jack Wolfe as Wylan is perfect

That's a good point! I'm really hoping Nikolai is as witty and charming as he is in the books...I think they did a good job making the characters book accurate in s1, so fingers crossed they keep up the good work in s2

I really really wish they show Nikolai's character like it is portrayed in books and they give him his books dialogues too 'cause they were gold 🤞✨

He really is iconic. I can't wait to see people create edits of him because those will be pure gold.
