LOL, we are all addicted. I am a mod in 3 other groups besides this. The others are just groups that I enjoy.

Robin (Saturndoo) (robinsaturndoo) | 845 comments I was a member of NBRC a long long time ago. And then I think the name changed and some of the mods changed. I did enjoy a lot of the challenges there though.

I think I was a member of AMMP at one time too a few years ago.

I went through a few years where I just wasn't on GR very much. I was just here long enough to track my books. Not active in groups at all so I left them all. Now I am active again and starting with a clean slate LOL A fresh new start : )

I have been looking at some of these groups though and WOW!!! Some of those challenges look pretty intense/intimidating. But maybe that's because I'm just getting active with challenges again after a few years off.

ETA: Is FLOAB invitation only? AND I just joined AMMP lol

Well, I can tell you that NBRC is doing Tower Teams. Sign-ups just went live. NBRC & AMMP can be pretty intense. NBRC likes to do big challenges. AMMP likes to do themes and all its challenges are based around the theme. Fandoms seems to be about open-ended challenges so if you like a more laid-back approach, it is a good group for that. AMMP & Fandoms are the other two that I moderate.

As for the others, Challenge Corner does reviews so expect to write a review for those challenges. Perks is known for UNO every year. FLOAB is more like Fandoms in a way. TCF has my favorite challenge for knocking off series books. They do a Super Series & Super Speedy Series challenge that I love. Game Night is exactly what it sounds like. It has lots of games based of actual board games/game shows and it the sister site to AMMP.

I don't think FLOAB is invitation only. I have been a member for a while. You should be able to request to join.

I remember doing Tower Teams at least once if not twice. I don't remember a lot about it though LOL I haven't done a lot of theme approached challenges but I do like them. I also like the laid back approach to. I don't like writing reviews so that's probably not the group for me. I'm in Perks, and I signed up for UNO and didn't make the cut off time, but they had a player drop out at the end of February so they did ask me to sub at the start of March : ) I don't read a lot of series books, some but probably not enough to get into those challenges. I get bored with series books sometimes. I'm just going to lurk around and see if anything shows up that draws me in. Thanks!!!! I do appreciate the insight it helps me a lot so I don't get into challenges I don't really like.

Yes, you are right. I can request to join FLOAB and I might try to see if I can join : )
