Challenge has ended! Thanks for participating!
This topic has been frozen by the moderator. No new comments can be posted.
Goal: Complete as many prompts as you can
Rules: 1. No cheating: only log the books you've started (even if you started it in any other month) and finished [in April] entirely.
2. Have fun! This isn't meant to “taunt” your reading any way, but to, rather, add up to the fun!
Instruction: Now that we are properly in spring, this challenge will be all about picnics! This challenge will be storyline based. For those who have never done a challenge like that, what it means is that you will receive prompts as you complete them. Once you complete the first set of prompts, you will be given the next set. This challenge is also crossword puzzle style: your prompts will be a list of words and you job is when you're reading, to look for a word from your list, and record them in your topics.
For this challenge, there will be a points system. You’ll get 1 point for each book you read, 1 point for each prompt you complete, plus points for the page count of the book chosen and 2 bonus points if you’ve never read the book you chose. For each picnic section you complete, you get five points.
Page count point system:
0-99 pages: 0.5 points
100-199 pages: 1 point
200-299 pages: 2 points
300-399 pages: 3 points
400-499 pages: 4 points
500-599 pages: 5 points
600-699 pages: 6 points
700+ pages: 7 points
