OH MY GOSH! This has been driving me bananas! I'm a librarian and I use Goodreads EVERY DAY. I was so frustrated when they moved the sign-in off the home page so you had to click to another page. But NOW, after you click to that page, you have to click AGAIN to select "sign in with email." AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

Huge Drag Race fan here. Finally saw the end of the current season. I was on vacation when it aired. I subscribe to WOW. Haven't checked out Unnnhhh yet.

I'm so excited for All Stars. I love them all, even the shady ones. Drag Queen junkie here. Slowly working my way through Drag Race Espana because I need to be able to read the subtitles when I watch.

I was so upset because Ben DelaCreme recently played at a small theater near us but we were going to be in Mexico.

So Drag Race themed challenge? Hint, hint, beg, beg????

I don't know any of the shows you're talking about so I am absolutely no help, but if you come up with a concept to pull this off.... :-))

Team Sephora, team Mac, team L'Oreal, etc. I'm sure it could happen.
I have never seen Drag Race, but I have seen a couple of live drag shows, and they were a hoot!

There used to be a "model" show in Germany - like the "next topmodel" shows that are all over tv but with drag queens. (It may have been a one time thing.) I didn't watch the whole show but I was utterly impressd by the make-up skills and just the general patience with creating a persona. I would not have that patience!

Eldarwen and Jenny, you have homework. Go binge RuPaul's Drag Race... and RPDR All Stars... and RPDR UK.... and RPDR Down Under... and DR Espana, Holland, Canada, Thailand, France! :D

No but really, at least watch RPDR, All Stars, and UK. so so so so so so so so good. (but skip 1-3 of RPDR if you want to get to the better quality seasons right away)

We must be near each other. She was at the Warner Theater and I was super close to buying tickets. Despite being a huge Drag Race fan, I've never been to a show myself and decided my forst live experience should probably be a traditional drag show instead of a stage show.

Question about buddy reads..... If I wait to read the Cartographers until the 15th and answer 3 DQs (or however that works) would it count for a buddy read since it's a May BOM?

Hi Jax, You won't get BOM points for the Cartographers whenever you read it. The first BOM that will get BOM points is The Travelling Cat Chronicles.
What you will get is a participation token that you can save, and when you have three tokens, can turn in for an extra entry in the DQ randomiser.
