((Big thing for me was that I liked the main character, and the way that the author crossed out her thoughts in the beginning, as though she was pushing them away. I'd never seen that before. Plot was a bit iffy, but my main draw was the main character.))

((the main character and the way the author wrote her thoughts were interesting, but i felt that juliette could have been described better and given more thought to. like all we saw was her whining and crying and remembering her old days until adam comes in, and still she gets so caught up in him we aren't really shown what she's like. but the first book got a 5 stars from me, since later it got really interesting))
