I found the Reference List most interesting. I have at least 300 cookbooks and only four of those on the reference list I own. Cookbooks are probably the most published books in existence.

Alton Brown Good Eats tv series is what got me started on home cooking. Each of his recipes in his Good Eats books are associated with a tv show that are archived on Discovery+.
