I'm down to two books read that haven't been used yet: Deke and A Shattered Silver Crown.

There are several unused books that fit the page number requirement but don't have any potential tasks listed. Hopefully some of the readers check in and can verify if they fit any of the other tasks!!

I finished a book yesterday that fit task 1 of that: Full Service was 305 pages.

Archer is MCs name, he is a bodyguard and a scarred war hero :D
He is wise, but sadly does not have archery as a hobby :D

In A Boy Called Christmas that I read, Nikolas/Father Christmas becomes wise when he is older and decides to give presents to children all over the world. I don't remember if he is described as wise in the book though. There was an elf that seemed pretty wise too, but I don't remember what his name was. I can try and find out if needed.

The Greek Sphinx has been spotted on your lands and befuddling your citizens left and right. Requires some planning and moderate effort to defeat, send your smartest warriors and for the love of all the gods, don't confuse her with her good-for-nothing Egyptian cousin.

To vanquish this monster you must:
1.) Read a book between 200 and 299 pages (inclusive).
2.) Read a book where the characters go on a journey.
3.) Read a book where the MC must solve a riddle.
4.) Read a book with a mountain on cover.
5.) Read a book with a brown cover (at least 50%).

Unfortunately not - unless you count a mystery as a riddle?

Well, we've said that in the past, so I think it's okay. I plunked in one of the Cold Cases there.

Okay teammates. I have a book with an archer and a different book set in Egypt. I will probably not be able to get both done by Friday. Which would be better for me to concentrate on?

A Shattered Silver Crown has night sky and kidnapping

Winterkill features a child important to the plot and Fake Wife has 217 pages.

No prophecy in any others of mine though...

A boy called christmas was 247 pages (I think) and Nikolas was a child under 18 for most of the book. An elf was also kidnapped, but I dont remember any prophecy.
I'm on my phone so I can't check much easily and I assume the book hasn't been used for anything. I dont think I had time to list anything it works for :(

The elf kidnapped was called Little Kip if that helps at all.

I'm flying home to the UK today so I'm probably not going to be able to get on here much.

I can read Dissonance which is #6 and will have a musical instrument. This would replace Hot Six and Heather's the Stand.

Heather - would The Stand work for Prophecy or Character considered Wise?
