Hello, My Name is Joe and I took a really long break from reading and now I am back. So I have been getting into reading groups because I miss talking about books. I dabble in many genres but my favorites are Horror, Sci-Fi, and Fantasy. I cant wait to make friends and talk books. Glad to be here.

No one in my personal life where I live reads as much as I do or of the same genre's I prefer. It's mid-month, so I may not start the group readings until October. Currently Reading: R. A. Salvatore's 1st Legend of Drizzt book, and John Gwynne's Shadow of the Gods.

I am so wanting to read Shadow of the Gods! We have it coming up next month for our Big Buddy Read. Love Gwynne's work! :)

Thanks! Shadow of the Gods is good. Good worldbuilding. No spoilers here, but the beginning is very slow. I have read from others' reviews that it will remain somewhat slow until the last few chapters and that the pacing picks up in book 2.

Thanks! It has been good, just a bit slow. I'm a little more than half-way through.
