Hey y’all! I just figured out how to write a comment so I thought I’d introduce myself. I wasn’t a big fan of reading until I started reading horror books a few years ago and now I can’t get enough of ‘em. Although I’m not a huge fan of horror movies that much I like pretty much anything scary. I’m excited to start talking with others who like the same types of books as me :)

LoL the greatest and most INSANE one I've read was "Dead Inside" by Chandler Morrison... that was WILD.I just sent a friend request your way and look forward to future discussions with you on this genre we love so much, yay :-)
@Ella: Welcome and so glad to hear you got into reading thanks to horror! I prefer horror novels but don't mind horror movies, LoL I even love listening to horror movie soundtracks while reading horror :-)I can't wait for all the discussions that await, this group rocks!

Hi! I am Caroline I love the main genres that this group was about! I like historical fiction as well. If I were to pick a type a fantasy I would say dark fantasy. I am new to horror (meaning I literally just started my first horror book). I am currently reading "Finders Keepers" any suggestions would be amazing. This looks like an awesome group!

Lots of horror books out there - anything in particular you are looking for? There are quite a bit of sub-genres within horror. There are: creature feature - ghosts - demons - folklore - slasher/serial killer, etc. Let us know what you would be interested in and we will fill up your book pile! :)

I'm trying to get through every novel Holly is in before Holly is published :-DAs for suggestions, did you want general horror? Murderer horror? Demonic horror? Splatterpunk horror? I can give you a few depending on what kind of horror you prefer... unless you want to be surprised!
Hey everyone! I'm Aoife and I love reading fantasy, scifi, thrillers and I'm getting back into reading horror again. I do love dark fiction in general and always looking for more recommendations. I read across all genres and I really like having something darker to throw into the mix

Hi, I'm Vavita. I read many genres but, horror is my favorite. I enjoy mostly books about ghosts or the devil. Basically, any book that really makes me scared of going to bed.

@Aoife: Nice subgenres! I haven't read any horror-related dark fantasy or comedies BUT if you have Shudder, Deadstream had me in tears with laughter!!!
