2. You must have permission from the person adopting out before you use their characters
3. After getting permission to use them you still have to put an application in Character Creation before using them. Mostly so we can be sure to add you to the allegiances
4. While you assume ownership of the character in this RP that does not mean that you can use it in other RP's please ASK first
