I thought I'd add these to the list:
The Cost of Honor by Emma Lange, MOC H cheats with his mistress.
Silk and Steel by Cordia Byers, MOC continues to sleep with his long time mistress and sleeps with h when she was disguised.
And
Scarlet Angel by Elizabeth Thornton. Another Moc. The h is his enemy and the King forces the marriage so he continues to sleep with mistress bc he doesn't think h wants him,
I enjoyed these cheating books, but I'm a glutton for punishment. ;)

Private Arrangements by Sherry Thomas is pretty good, but they're both (kinda) cheating?

The main FMC, Gigi, tricks Camden into marrying her, and there's a lot of resentment towards her. But then he decides he wants an heir, and she wants a divorce so she can marry her boytoy.

The drama. The plotting. The groveling.

Def one of my faves, and I usually hate cheating

I wanted to smack the OW. A boddice-ripper. The hero needed to pay better attn to schemers.
