(( It's still frustrating regardless of whether or not 'i'll see if he's not'. I don't mind my character losing, it just feels like it's being glossed over.
And amaris showed physical signs of being in pain even if she did not scream or cry, as i've described, he touched her without permission, and he even threatened her. That enough would be enough for punishment, but it was ignored and glossed over. Especially if he knows how the male's quirk works, which he would have to if he was admitted into the school, him randomly going up and touching her is a huge red alarm. Even if he did not copy her quirk, the threat and signs of him getting physical in a heated situation would be enough for punishment rather than 'warning'.
Even after he boldly attacked her in another way, rather than realizing the student had been hurt, he continues to defend the student who has done it. Even if she had disrespected the teacher and was speaking how she wished ( which should have also been properly disciplined ), things were getting heated and he went over to physically touch and threaten her. That would raise an alarm in any person's head, adult or not. And, even if the second attack didn't harm her, the second he realized that her quirk had been copied then he should have known about the side effects and the amount of pain that comes from the copying.
Also, if he copied her quirk, there should be tells. Even if he supposedly can only copy variants ( which, again, i'm not very fond of in particular as what he has would be completely different from her quirk as the tail is a huge part of it and is what gives her quirk most of it's drawbacks. If he can just grow scales and use her fire, then it's a different quirk all together as those come from her tail. ), but as even if that was the case, the air around him and his body would have noticeably gotten hotter as, if he copied the variant of her flames, that is one of the sides effects to her quirk. a sudden increase in temperature in his body would cause the scales to come out automatically as that's her defense mechanism. The quirk isn't simply 'scales and fire'. Though, that's more or so lack of understanding of the quirk and poor portrayal of it being copied.
Again, normally i wouldn't mind, but the situation is kind of unfair. I would have preferred if you asked me first about the copying, especially since doing so would have let me explain the kind of effect copying her quirk would have on his body, since it is HER quirk, something i spent a long time writing out and working out the details for. ( if you didn't know, this would be considered 'godmodding.' )
It's upsetting. I know my character isn't perfect either and honestly, I would have preferred her being properly told off for her attitude rather than it being glossed over as he's used to it and the teacher allowing it to escalate as a result of not properly handling the situation. even if he didn't, half of my replies were practically ignored ( and yes, it was ignored, as a lot of it wasn't addressed ). It also doesn't seem reasonable for a teacher to tell a student to 'sit back down' after they physically attacked another, as such actions would lead them to bringing the injured student to the infirmary, the other to the principal's office, and the injured one to the principal's office right after the damage had been accessed, as they BOTH did multiple things wrong.

(( i like ford. i want them to eventually get along after bumping heads a bit, but it doesn't really change how upsetting the situation is. I tried to ignore it at first because it wasn't that big of a deal, but then it kept getting worse.

"So considering what I did, what are you gonna have me do?" Ford asked Hitoshi taking responsability (<- Can't spell this word.)

(With the asking for permission, I do feel it would have played out different, sense there would then be signs of quirk copy with the new information of the scales coming out due to heat being around)
"I'll think of something soon, trust me" Hitoshi said with a sigh.

everything i said was in the character's remake
it's all described there and I go into detail about the affects her quirk has
( I also likely wouldn't have agreed to have her quirk copied if i knew it'd only be variants, as every aspect of her quirk comes from her tail and changing that would be like creating a whole new quirk entirely. The scales spread from the tail to the afflicted areas and the flame comes from her tail, even if she can control it with the rest of her body. Without the tail, no fire would be created nor scales. Her tail is quite literally the whole quirk which is why i'm a bit upset. It'd be different if he copied different aspects though, like her heightened senses. The quirk being changed and everything feels a bit disrespectful to her quirk as i spent a lot of time on those details when writing out her quirk. A lot of the quirk's drawbacks come with the tail. )
The sudden increase of heat would have also have it's own issues, similarly to how if her body gets too hot she also has drawbacks from that.
though, i understand that this is simply from a lack of understanding of her quirk. But, it's probably best to have a decent understanding of other's quirks and permission before copying said quirks, that way even if you don't understand the quirk, they could describe it to you and what kind of effects it would have.

(( alright

"Other then that all I got to say is this. If you think your so good short stack why not give me your name instead of just yelling about favoritism?" Ford said clearly done with this kid. "Mine's Ford Young. You are?"

She sighed. "The copying of my quirk was a violation in itself, not to mention the amount of pain it causes. Normal people might have even passed out from sudden pain of that intensity. So I surely do hope it's handled properly." She said through gritted teeth. She wasn't really angry anymore, she was over the whole thing really. Just, she didn't want to make any noises that would show her weaknesses, to show that the pain really had affected her. Her tail swished sharply behind her, as if warning them not to get near her. If anyone got even in arm's length of her, she'd hit them with her tail, which is in itself was extremely powerful ( like hitting someone with a metal bat or something like that. ) Even if she had provoked them, it made sense as to why she was tense. She was attacked, twice. Even if the second attack didn't really affect her, it was attempted. She glanced toward the male who had spoken to her and glared. "I don't exactly give out my name to people who'd attack me just for speaking," she said pointedly. She was just kind of assault, and with her previous trauma, anyone who knew her would understand. then again, he didn't know her.

(( that's why i said it's best to ask first for now on ;; ))

(Couldn't read that before. the text was too tiny.)

He then directed his speaking to Ford's comment. "Even if you did hurt her, that wouldn't give her the right to hurt you in return, you're both hero's in training, so both of you have to act like it. Meaning you don't attack students for the sake of your teacher" He looked at Ford, then at Amaris, "And for you to be respectful, and if you have something to say that will come out rude, rephrase it"

"I'm not really into the whole causing people pain thing either, as I'm not a sadist. Though I do advise you not to touch me again, gloves or not. If you hadn't backed off when you did, my tail would have collided with your stomach. Even with my quirk copied, my scales wouldn't have protected you from the impact." She said. It was true, even when he did grab her, it was she who forcibly released her scales. The scales only react to intense heat, and only after a certain point since her skin is naturally resistant to heat and fire. "Think of it from my point of view. Even if you didn't use your quirk on me, things were getting heated and this guy that I do not know came over and grabbed me. Even if you do not use your quirk, I do hope you think a little more about your actions as even if all you did was threaten me and not copy my quirk, those actions alone are concerning as is." She told him, basically implying that she saw him as a creep. She looked toward the teacher. "I will try, but with all due respect, I won't back down from what I previously said either. As he is now, even if he were only interning or just walking around the streets, he'd get himself and others killed or seriously injured. He attacks when provoked and based on what I heard and seen, this is probably the biggest problem. I wouldn't doubt it if the reason the building was destroyed was that he got too excited or he couldn't calm down long enough to think of a better way." she said. it was an easy enough observation to make, from how he responded to things and what bit she overheard before entering the classroom. She spoke a bit more respectfully this time, but she was still rather blunt. She didn't mean to go into his quirk or anything, all she really did was make one off-handed comment and it spiraled from there when he started mentioning his quirk and it's problems.
( excited can mean a lot of things, whether it's him getting angry, anxious, etc. )

"I'll..try and work on that..." Ford said knowing it was a problem.

She shook her head. "I'll be fine, thanks. I'll probably just go to my room and take a nap." She responded. Getting involved with recovery girl would be too much of a drag, especially since her mother would be contacted.

she sighed. "it's fine. things happen. as long as he's being disciplined properly for attacking me." she said, arms crossed. She still seemed pretty entitled, honestly. She was definitely spoiled and hardheaded. She walked towards the door. "Seeya." She said before leaving. She didn't really want to stay any longer.
