Amaris Hakagure
she doesn't like being called anything but 'Amaris'. Unless you call her this, you won't get a reaction from her. She hates the nicknames 'ris' and 'moonshine' though and, while she usually makes a point by not responding, she gets pretty upset when you call her this.

appearance
she has long black hair that is often put in two buns. she likes to wear all kinds of accessories in her hair, but if she has to, she'll just settle for a ribbon. she seems to really like red-colored accessories though. her frame in general is a bit small even for a fifteen-year-old due to being a bit underdeveloped. this is mostly due to skipping meals or starving herself at times ( not through choice, see quirk details ), which essentially stunted her growth. she's basically as flat as they come and only stands at around 5'2".
she seems to favor Chinese-themed clothing and decorations, as she thinks they are pretty and neat. she is almost always wearing something longsleeved or large on her. she doesn't like pants and would much rather wear shorts or a skirt or something. she likes elaborate, but delicate themes that seem elegant, despite not really seeming like the type to care about those things. despite her childish stature and frame, she also likes things with a more mature and classy theme. other than delicate, elegant clothing, she does like the 'cool and sexy' type, even if she believes she can't really pull things like that off.
she has pale, porcelain skin, and rather than someone in their mid-teens, she resembles a doll. her eyes are deep red in color and she has black hair, though, that is dyed. her hair was originally white.
quirk - reaper
‣ she can turn invisible and/or transparent. transparent is easier to do than full-on invisible, and if in her invisible form for too long she starts to turn more transparent. she can stay in a state of semi-transparence for a long time.
‣ much like an actual ghost, she has Intangibility and can pass through solid objects. She can only do this in either a semi-transparent or an invisible form, as her original form is more tangible. in this form, she can also 'fly'. it's important to take care to watch this though, because she'll fall in any other form that isn't her semi-transparent one.
‣ other than having the properties of a ghost, she can also speak to ghosts and see them. this makes it easier to gather information and such. her body is even susceptible to possessions.
‣ possessions are dangerous for her. the longer a foreign spirit is possessing her body, the more of an effect that it has on her. when being possessed, the spirit possessing her body has to have a stronger will than her at that moment to take over the body. because the spirit possessing the body has a stronger will and therefore stronger existence than the original spirit, the body will try to push the weaker one out. this means she could potentially lose her body through these possessions if possessed for too long. however, at the same time, the body slowly deteriorates once it recognizes that spirit as not the original owner, as the spirit is not compatible with the vessel. between the turmoil of two spirits in one body fighting for dominance and the presence of something that doesn't belong, her body will slowly break down. stuff like bloody noses, feeling faint, throwing up blood or just in general, etc can happen. upon regaining control over her body, if the spirit had been in there for too long, she can end up in a coma while the body tries to cooperate and realign the soul with the body. during this time, she's also vulnerable as her body would have trouble keeping her soul in. so, allowing souls to possess her body is very dangerous for her, even if she wants to let them. most of the time though, it'd be more likely to be caused by a malicious spirit.
‣ the whole 'ghostly' condition of her body is only a part of her body that makes it easy. the strongest aspect of her quirk is the reason why her quirk is called 'reaper.' and that is 'flames of purgatory'. they are 'purifying' flames of the sort that can, not only burn the physical world but souls too. it's mainly used to 'purify' these souls, especially the ones full of malice. rather than destroying the soul though, it sends them to the world of the dead or even the limbo depending on how corrupt they are.
‣ while these blue flames can affect the physical world, they can only do so in her tangible form. in her semi-transparent or invisible one where she's intangible, the flames would only affect the souls. so, essentially, she can't use the 'ghost' aspect of her quirk while also using the flame aspect while fighting.
‣ using these flames can cause her body to heat up and make it difficult to breathe. using it in her physical form for too long can make it difficult to use intangibility and if she uses it too much in her intangible form, she'll be forced back into her tangible form and would get sick from the body of heating up. this also makes it difficult to hold food down, which is why she would end up not eating a lot growing up.
‣ the reason why this quirk has a 'ghost' aspect to it is because of her mother's invisibility mixed with her father's quirk reaper. Her father's quirk was just the flame aspect, however, the flames weren't tangible and would only affect the ghosts he saw. He, however, couldn't become semi-transparent or intangible himself. this made his job as an exorcist difficult. 'reaper' fits the name of her quirk far more as reapers are known to be 'spirits' of the sort that reap other spirits. in reality, it's more like she's a reaper who's taken a physical form.
‣ her quirk is more useful to becoming an exorcist than a hero, still, in order to use her quirk in exorcisms, she has to have a hero license as malicious spirits are involved in a lot of mayhem. it's just easier. her father also had his hero license, just, that he went to an easier school and was in the lowest hero class, barely passing. due to the fact that her flames can be used to burn physical things though and her intangibility allows her to do reconnaissance easily, she entered 1-A at the top hero school with flying colors. though, she ended up completely exhausting herself during the test ;;. she doesn't have much stamina to speak of and isn't physically strong in the slightest.
‣ she's not immune to fire in the slightest. the only fire she's immune to being burned from are the ones that come from her body, though it does overheat her body can cause issues like dehydration, and just generally overheats herself. stuff like heatstroke wouldn't be completely out of the picture if she overuses her quirk, as it's happened before.
‣ basically, her quirk can be used for a lot of things, it's just that her body can't keep up and it's too dangerous to do anything extremely ambitious.
‣ her quirk makes it difficult to focus. between all the spirits and such, listening to too many people at once can be difficult. it is also extremely difficult to monitor her brain, as the activity is constantly incredibly spiked. she has a lot more electricity in her brain than most due to her quirk, so the activity is just a lot. normal people probably would have had a seizure by now, but other than occasional headaches, she has no such problems. while it could be difficult to see what's wrong with her should something occur, it also makes it difficult for people to get inside her head like telepaths or mind-readers. due to the sheer amount of activity going on in her head that allows her to see the ghosts, they'd hear a lot of static and would likely get a headache trying to use their quirk on her. she's weaker than the average person though and could definitely be easy to overwhelm. she has strong legs but... eh.
personality
‣ amaris is far from social. she doesn't enjoy being around others or being bothered continuously. she'd much rather spend her time by herself, either listening to music or sleeping. she often has headphones in, mainly because it makes it easier to block out all the noise. she's generally pretty quiet and usually minds her own business until involved. she's a bit awkward in social situations and doesn't really like being around tall people. tall people are intimidating.
‣ amaris can be extremely sarcastic and apathetic. she doesn't seem to be going out of her way to spare people's feelings and can be brutally honest and blunt most of the time. this can make it difficult to make friends, but between the ghosts talking in her ear and the living people she just doesn't care. she gets rather upset when her size is mentioned and will glare you down if you dare to call her immature. speaking of which, she's normally incredibly mature for her age and if it wasn't for her child-like body, she could probably be mistaken for an adult. similarly, the girl is incredibly responsible and intelligent. while she does well on tests and such, she has trouble staying focused and often gets stressed out because of the constant voices and conversations going on around her. this would be something she would need to work on in her training. she also isn't the best when it comes to communication and doesn't really know how to deal with people properly, which is essential for a hero and their work.
‣ surprisingly enough, a lot of her emotions show on her face. when she is happy or extremely excited, it'll definitely show, like if she were at the mall and saw something she really liked or a cute animal. when she is bothered or uncomfortable, she doesn't really bother to hide it either. when she's angry as well. it all shows on her face, despite seeming like the type that would have a poker face due to how unresponsive she is to most things.

‣ her mother, toru, was japanese. however, her father was a Chinese hero who had been in japan for a bit by the hero name of Heibai, which is a Chinese reaper. it means 'black, white.'
‣ she's never met her father, but she has heard stories of him. she was raised by her mother. though, her father is alive, somewhere.
‣ when using her quirk, her eyes look like this

she has a variety of different nicknames. her name yuzuki means 'hope; grapefruit' and her last name 'one who is merciful/generous.' amongst her nicknames, yuzu, zuzu, yu, and ki are few of them. she prefers yu.

appearance
she has short black hair that she usually doesn't really bother to do anything much with. because of this, her hair is often messy and often is sticking out. she combs it every morning but that's about it. she'll wear accessories every now and again though. she's really small, but that's mostly due to her genes. she is incredibly pale and has all kinds of freckles adorning her skin. her eyes are grey in color. she is blind, but she doesn't really seem to be too bothered by this fact. she has a frail build and stands at around 5'3".
as for clothes, she seems rather comfortable in her own skin and is willing to wear an arrangement of clothes, from long skirts to shorts and a t-shirt. while she seems a bit tomboyish, she doesn't mind girly things and even enjoys wearing frilly things every now and again. it would be hard to really say that she has a type of clothing she particularly likes since she can't see. she likes gentle fabrics that are lose and comfortable to wear though. flowy skirts and such are nice and so are big shirts and such.
she's not the type to wear heels and will often be wearing sneakers or something. heels sound great, but they would be difficult to walk in and she can't really see. despite being blind, she really likes dancing and isn't actually half bad at it. she doesn't really bother much with the whole makeup thing, since it's not really worth it nor can she see to do it herself.
quirk - snail
‣ no, this does not mean she is incredibly slow. rather, she excretes this mucus from her skin that can either harden or stick to things. its main property is that it is sticky, but if she hardens it it can be used as a weapon and isn't as sticky as the liquid. in order to liquefy it, she'd have to touch it.
‣ that isn't the only bit though. by secreting her skin in a thin layer of this 'mucus' she can essentially 'see'. not through normal means, but she can feel the vibrations that are amplified by the mucus and allows her to get around easily, as well as tell when an enemy is approaching.
‣ all of her senses other than sight are impeccable. they are enhanced, which also semi-helps her get around. still, it doesn't fix the fact that she can't see anything. this has always been a bit of a handicap for her and she even had to have a test prepared for her beforehand to be able to take the written test. she didn't make enough points on the written or the physical portions of the test to get into 1-A, but she managed to still get into the hero course so she's satisfied.
‣ she's extremely nimble and knows a bit of judo.
‣ walks around with a cane. she also has a support dog that helps her get about.
‣ her quirk causes her to become dehydrated and she has to touch the mucus in order to harden it or liquidfy it.
personality
‣ she's never really let the fact that she's blind hold her back. she's extremely energetic and extremely quirky. she's always looking to have fun and is more on the eccentric side. she has weird hobbies and often mentions memes. if she thinks something sounds cool, she'll try to do it even if she fails horribly at it and still manage to have fun. she really likes anime and is often making anime references and even carries around these meme cards that she made.
‣ she makes a lot of jokes and is generally just a fun-loving person. she likes to cosplay, though she does need help with it at times. she's extremely confident in herself and will often joke about how great she is and how the world just can't even begin to fathom her greatness and beauty. she's someone who enjoys helping others and will often go out of her way to do so. she's not great with getting real about things, dropping the whole 'class clown' thing and really talking about feelings because she doesn't like feeling vulnerable. she also doesn't know how to comfort people. she has a lot of energy and stamina in general, just like some child on a sugar rush.
‣ while she doesn't do it often, she even makes a few inappropriate jokes at times. she doesn't do it to make people uncomfortable, but more like, as a joke. like, if she hears people talking about how pretty someone is, she'll be like "Yeah, they're a baddie" despite, well, not being able to see. and that's the joke. the jokes would often pertain to her blindness as the punchline. ( e.g. if they were ever at a locker room or some kind of bath house, she'd be like 'yeah, let's go peek on the bois and see 'em muscles' or something. the point would be that it's ironic, since she can't actually see. )

‣ her father is mineta minoru. he's always been a very kind father who supported her through everything, even if he did struggle a bit due to her being born blind. she's always loved her father though, especially since he was doing his best to raise her without a mother's touch. when she came out about being genderfluid, he supported her as well.
‣ transfemme enby means that she was born as male, but transitioned. femme enby is someone who goes by both feminine pronouns and nonbinary ones. they identify as agender {no gender} but go by feminine pronouns.
‣ she's a bit spoiled, as her father has always done his best to support her.
‣ little note, i don't really want to see something insinuating that mineta would have ever done anything to his daughter or even her mother. mineta has always been betrayed as a perv yes, but he was always interested in more mature women. why would he prey on a child? not to mention, mineta has always been a loyal friend and someone who wants to get stronger to protect everyone just as anyone else, to not fall behind. i feel like if he really did find someone he loved, even if it didn't work out, while there would be a lot jokes, he would respect her and would treat her properly, which is where the relationship between her mother and him stems from. mutual respect and just, love. it'd be possible for him to move on and i don't doubt that he'd still be a bit pervy, but it'd probably die down by the time he got older and he wouldn't actually try to assault someone. remember, mineta is a pro hero and while he's a pervert in the show, he is still a teen boy. i don't imagine he'd be the type to commit any immoral crimes and that's what i kept in mind when creating his daughter. it's my own personal opinion based on how the character actually is and how he was intended to be made, so please respect that. he is someone who loved his daughter dearly and raised her the best he could.
hayami takami
the name hayami means 'rare beauty' while the surname takami means "hawk+vision". she goes by a lot of names, but the nicknames she prefers much are mimi and yami. professionally she's known as "wing hero: tengu". tengu is a yokai or shinto kami often depicted in folklore as a creature who takes on the form of a mix between a monkey, human, and bird.

‣ she isn't a full-time model, more like, she's a model for the hero agency she is employed in and often shown in the magazines as a skilled hero, much as her father did.
appearance
the girl has pink hair that fades into a blackish color at it's tip, which matches well with the color of her feathers. her hair is short and usually pretty messy, though, for someone who's often in the air, it's neater than what it could be. she has sharp, yellow hawk like eyes and pale, rosy cheeks. her skin is a bit pale, but since she's in the sun a lot, it isn't that pale. she has an hourglass figure and is often wearing girly clothing and prefers them. she often wears heels as well, though she wears sneakers when doing pro-hero work. she does wear some makeup, but not a lot to the point that it's overly obvious.
on her back, she has wings matching in color to her hair as well as a tail that helps her keep herself balanced as well as helps her navigate better. similar to how, without it's whiskers a cat would be off-balanced, it's the same with her. if her tail was gone, she'd have a hell of a hard time flying around. it seems as though the girl matched the colors well with her hero costume to properly compliment her appearance. she wears a red outfit that is accented with burgundy, gold, and a light, dull pink color. her wings are pretty big, her wing span being around 142.24 cms ( 56 inches ). her wings are almost twice the size of her father's and are far larger in comparison. ( hawks wings are 89 cms, which is 35 inches. ) ( a female hawk is often a third larger than a male hawk, sometimes more, which would explain why her wingspan is much larger. )
the girl stands at around 5'12" ( six feet taller than her father if you compared them. )
quirk - solar wings
‣ her wings collect solar energy ( from the sun and other stars ) and store it in her wings and tail. it then takes what it has gathered and converts that into energy, much like a plant during photosynthesis. her main source of solar energy is from the sun, since it's the closest star to them, but she does collect energy at night too. she has to directly be exposed to it though, so clouds and such make the process so much slower.
‣ by converting this source into energy, she can infuse her feathers with this energy and shoot them off everywhere. these feathers surrounded in energy pack a stronger punch and set what it touches ablaze. she can also just shoot off regular feathers, not infused with this energy. similarly, she doesn't have to shoot off her feathers to shoot this energy off. rather, she can shoot a beam of the sort directly from her wings.
‣ in short, her quirk allows her to gather energy in her wings and create solar ignition through her wings as a medium. you know that neat trick where you take a magnifying glass and set things on fire with the sun? that's basically the logic behind it. solar ignition is related to solar radiation, which is what she's absorbing. while it's not a magnifying glass or anything of the sort, her wings act as solar ignition magnifiers.
‣ it's difficult to control these 'beams'. similar to a gun, there is recoil and just in general, she wouldn't be able to control it more precisely. it also burns up a lot of solar radiation at once.
‣ without the solar radiation in her body, she becomes restless and just has no energy in general. she needs this energy to stay active, much like a plant. similarly, she'll also 'wilt' without this energy. until she absorbs more, she'll go into a small coma.
‣ her body stops absorbing at some point, as her wings and tail can only hold so much of this energy. it takes up to three hours total to completely replenish her energy from nothing on a clear day where the sun is up high. due to having to withstand the wind at high speed, she does have some wind resistance.
‣ she can fly up to 600 kmh ( 372.823 mph ) ( two hundred more than her father in the show, and she's currently older than him and has larger wings. ) diving, she can go even faster.
‣ much like her father, her quirk is more suited for crowd control and evacuation. however, due to the solar aspect that fused with the quirk as it evolved when it passed down, she does have a better damage output than her father does.
‣ her tail allows her to better control her stops, turns, etc. because of this, she has great control even when flying quickly.
‣ ( as quirks get passed down through the generation, they evolve and get stronger. that's the theory anyways. that's what i'm applying while making these ocs. )
personality
‣ the female is rather outgoing and incredibly friendly. she's a loving person who is doing what she is doing not to help others, but because she enjoys it. she loves the feeling of soaring through the skies, she loves the feeling of pushing herself past her limits and getting stronger. of accomplishing things. so, for her, it's not really the money, fame, or helping people. though, those are all pluses. she just wants to be free.
‣ while she's generally a carefree person and is always wearing a friendly smile, she's also extremely strict and doesn't like those who slack. she has high hopes for her students and wants nothing more for them to surpass their limits, get stronger, and feel that sense of accomplishment. she enjoys teaching and loves all her students to death. she would do anything to protect them, even if it meant sacrificing her life.
‣ she believes in the carrot and stick method and uses that method in her teaching. she's very chipper and friendly with her students and even allows them to call her by her first name, however, she makes it very clear that just because they are friendly, that doesn't mean they can slack off in anything and that she wouldn't punish them accordingly. she is someone who always has high energy though and enjoys planning all kinds of things for her students.
‣ she takes pride in her teaching and puts a lot of energy in it. she studies all of her students and takes a lot of notes on how she can help them improve or what they are struggling with, whether it be with their hero training or general academics. she often groups students together based on what they are struggling with and holds study sessions where she dedicates the session to helping those particular groups she put together to help bring up their grades and understand the material.
‣ her students get gold stars lolol. bad students get to wear a funky hat { or some kind of ugly clothing } and sit in the shame corner, where she gets to put stickers on them and they have to take pictures with the other students in the class. it's embarrassing for most people.

appearance
‣ the female has long white, silvery hair that goes all the way to her lower back. her skin is rather pale and she has deep, red eyes. she wears all kind of clothes, though she favors comfortable things like hoodies. she refuses to go anywhere looking like some hobo though. she wears all kinds of different styled clothing and hair, though unless it's with her hero costume, she doesn't really wear hair accessories. she has a small hourglass figure and seems to always be wearing some kind of gloves.
‣ she's not a very expressive person, her face really only showing when she's annoyed or bored. she doesn't smile much, for various reasons. anyways, despite her very decorative hero outfit, she seems like a rather dull person at first glance.
‣ she's usually wearing some kind of coat or something to cover her tail. she has a long tail with silver and white scales. when using her quirk, the end of the tail lights up with a light blue flame. Her arms also become covered in scales as they grow all over, though, they are blue and green.
‣ for her hero costume, she has many different designs planned. though, since she could only pick one, she picked a more basic design with black and blue accents. ( below )
quirk - salamander
‣ as the name suggests, she has a reptile-based quirk. She can create blue flames and manipulate them as she wishes. These flames are incredibly hot as they are on the blue flame spectrum, but she seems perfectly fine despite so. this is mainly due to the scales on her body. when it becomes too hot for her skin, which is semi-resistant to the fire as it has high dexterity, the scales begin to grow as a protection mechanism. these scales are pretty hard and can withstand the hot flames for longer.
‣ that is not the only purpose though. Similar to how animals 'camouflage', she has something similar. If she covers her body with enough scales, she can turn 'invisible.' However, it's more like her scales reflect her surroundings and make it so it only appears as such. This was a mutation from her mother's invisibility quirk.
‣ She's quick on her feet due to her quirk. Her senses and reflexes are heightened. Her sight is especially heightened, allowing her to see in the dark and even see ghosts. Because of this, she can also see things like subtle changes in the air or in the 'waves' around her. ( e.g. if someone was manipulating the sound around her, even if it wasn't strong enough to be visible, she would be able to see it. )
‣ when her scales are out, she even develops sticky padding and can climb things much like an actual reptile. her tail can also grow back if cut off, though, it's pretty painful and takes weeks. her scales shed as well. while they can soften on her body, once she sheds them they return to their hard nature and could possibly be even used as some kind of material for armor or shields.
‣ her quirk isn't all fun and games though, of course. since her anatomy is similar to that of a lizard, it applies to other areas rather than giving her cool abilities. you see, when some reptiles are put in cold environments, they go into hibernation, which is why they have to be kept warm. if her body temperature reaches past a certain point, until warmed out, she'd be out. almost as if she was dead. she won't even budge until she's warmed up.
‣ she finds the fact that she sheds to be kind of gross. she's not a dog or anything, after all.
‣ using these flames can cause her body to heat up and make it difficult to breathe. while she won't go into hibernation mode, sudden increases in temperature not only make her sleepy but also can make her sick.
‣ she can communicate with reptiles, though, she wouldn't be able to control them in the slightest. if anything, the ability is just kind of annoying and is just there as a result of her being a salamander.
‣ she can breathe underwater as well, but it makes her temperature drop so it's not something she likes doing. she's a pretty good swimmer as well, especially with her tail.
‣ she can only force her scales out for about thirty minutes. past that, it'd be difficult. her scales come out naturally when her body gets too hot and retract once her body reaches a normal temperature, so forcing them to be out to use her camouflage can be a bit taxing. it drains her and actually kind of hurts, especially if she goes over that limit as her body will forcibly try to shed those scales.

‣ amaris had to be held back a year. she got seriously injured in middle school and was out of school for almost the entire year and had to repeat that year as a result.

Q: While it explains why Amaris hates the idea of heroism, why does she close herself off to others?
A: Trauma is hard to deal with. Amaris felt as if no one understood her, and honestly, they didn't. She tried to talk to her friends about it, but they either only gave her looks of pity and shallow words and avoided her out of awkwardness or they made light of it. They would gaslight her, making her believe it was her fault or that her problems weren't as serious as theirs. They were impatient and didn't really understand their struggle of her trying to explain how she feels. It's not always easy to put things in words or explain what happened. It was a traumatizing event and they'd get mad when she wouldn't explain it to them but would ask for comfort. It was a frustrating situation. She couldn't exactly explain that she was that kid on the news or what happened to her. She didn't want to be labeled as the kid everyone should pity. Her friends even began spreading rumors that she was just an attention seeker and even began teasing her. The situation in itself was enough to be traumatizing in itself and while she's cut those people out her life, it left a lasting impact. she doesn't trust people and she doesn't want to open up because she knows she will get hurt. it's hard to explain, and she knows it's her fault that they don't understand since she can't really talk about it properly, but it still hurts. she doesn't want pity or anything, she just wants someone to understand. though, the only way for that to happen would be to meet someone who went through similar circumstances.
ryoko kayama
she's fine with a lot of nicknames, such as ryo or yoko. her first name ryoko means she who is like a dragon and kayama means liar.

‣ the female has short, messy brown hair and pale skin. while her hair isn't too bad, she doesn't really bother to keep it too neat. though, her unruly hair is definitely apart of her charm. her hair reachest to right above her shoulder, though it's longer in the back so it kind of looks like she has a little ponytail. her eyes are a brilliant purple that generally stands out. she has an hourglass figure, much like her mother. Though... she's still young and a bit less.. developed.
‣ she wears all kinds of outfits and doesn't really have a preference. Though, it has to be cute. she sometimes cosplays and even has fake demon horns and wings within her wardrobe, along with other things like bunny ears.
‣ she usually doesn't wear accessories in her hair unless it's for cosplay purposes, but she does wear all kinds of other accessories. she's almost always wearing this choker with a red gem in the middle, a gift from her father. she often wears all kinds of bracelets and everything as well.
quirk - succubus
‣ she releases a certain chemical from her body that can cause hallucinations, drowsiness, disorientation, and can cause someone to fall asleep. (it's not released from her body like her mother, rather, it's more of an aroma she can give off.) This aroma can also entice people and cause them to think less and act more or so on their impulses, further increasing the effect of her quirk.
‣ that isn't the only thing she can do though. her quirk is called 'succubus', which is a demon that entices others. It's another demon quirk, even if she doesn't take on the physical form of one ( which, would kind of be the point since succubi change their forms and everything to not look like a demon.) As a demon, she can naturally manipulate hellfire. This fire also gives off the same aroma that her body does, like incense. So, it's more like this is her actual quirk and her body just gives off that same aroma as a result. She isn't constantly emitting this so strongly and the scent only really gets stronger when she's using her quirk. She is constantly emitting some though, which is really only enough to only slightly affect one's impulses and everything. ( The Prefrontal Cortex area controls the "executive functions" of the brain including judgment, impulse control, management of aggression, emotional regulation, self regulation, planning, reasoning and social skills. This is what the aroma affects. It makes making proper judgement, reasoning skills, and such difficult {not impossible} and can cause things like aggression and other strong emotions. basically, it fucks with your head. )
personality
‣ ryoko is rather energetic and is extremely eccentric. she enjoys just having fun and is definitely one of the more social type. despite her carefree attitude, the female is incredibly intelligent and usually gets pretty high scores and such. she's incredibly athletic and has high stamina, which is a must for her high-energy self. she's very expressive most of the time and really affectionate. She'll definitely express when she's attracted to someone and attempts to pursue them. She's not afraid to express her undying love and will often do her best, such as flirting or things of the sort.
‣ she seems extremely confident in herself and her skills and is a bit goofy. While she's extremely athletic, she is also a bit clumsy in times it matters and isn't great at stealth. if she was sneaking around, she'd probably get really nervous and get caught immediately.
‣ despite being such an expressive person, she doesn't like talking about her more depressing thoughts and feelings. It's better to be positive. she, herself, seems to be a rather impulsive person and seems very carefree. However, she does think about her actions and if she has time, she'd do her best to come up with ideas and plans.

quirk - zero gravity fire
‣ he can emit and control this fire. the fire that he controls can surround objects and he can apply the zero-gravity effect by completely surrounding the object in the fire.
‣ he has two types of fire, a hot, normal fire. the zero-gravity fire is light green in color though and doesn't burn in the slightest.
‣ he can only lift around three tons ( same as his mother, might increase with time ) and any more than that will be difficult and cause him to become queasy and sick.
‣ another unexpected aspect of his quirk is that, when surrounding living creatures such as animals or people, it seems to have a calming effect. it can ease their nerves and seems to affect something in the brain that causes them to calm down.
‣ using his quirk for too long will heat his body up.
‣ he can only hold things for up to fifteen minutes total before having to drop them. he's worked really hard to get his quirk to this point though and plans to continue to do so. his goal for when he enters u.a. is up to 20 minutes and possibly even five tons.
‣ his dual-purpose quirk shows a lot of promise. he has the aspect of his mother's zero-gravity after all. he doesn't need to make physical contact with anything to use it ( though he has to surround them in the flame or enough of their body in such ). it has a calming effect that would be great for helping evacuate citizens and it has the destructive quality of fire.

‣ the male is pretty laid-back and seems to be pretty lazy usually. he works out regularly, wanting to get into U.A. like his parents and sister. while he acts aloof and like he doesn't care, he's actually super excited to become a hero and fight bad guys. he's so excited he's even made his own hero suit, though it's more or so made of cheap materials that he bought with his allowance, he seems pretty proud of it though. while it has green, it's nothing like his father or mother's hero costume. he wants to follow in their footsteps, but he wants to do it his own way.
‣ he's incredibly stubborn and a bit immature and spoiled. he doesn't really seem to know how the real world works yet and can be a bit rude to others without realizing it. while he's rude and can say rude things, he more or so doesn't realize that it's wrong or that it can hurt the feelings of others. it's never been his intention to hurt others and when they start crying, he gets confused and starts panicking as he has no idea how to comfort them.
‣ he's someone who's very rough around the edges and enjoys bragging. he wants people to like him and be impressed by him, is all. he tries to act cool and in the process may seem like a jerk, but he means well. he wants to become someone who can protect those who can't protect themselves and work alongside strong people, not become some bully.
‣ he's a little ignorant, but he's not stupid. he's capable of learning from his mistakes and while it may take some time, he does put his best effort into realizing his flaws and learning to better himself, even if it might be awkward and clumsy. he's loud-spoken and very brazen, claiming that he's nothing like his father or mother and that one day he'll surpass the both of them and become way stronger. He doesn't like being compared to his parents for many reasons, mainly because it makes him feel insecure. it's a high bar to meet after all.

he prefers the nickname Kuro over everything, seeing as saki is a bit more... girlish. he already gets comments on his girly looks and while he doesn't mind it usually, he is definitely a guy. kuro means 'ninth son' but the name 'kurosaki' means 'dark destination'. amajiki contains the kanji for 'eating' and 'sky' or 'heavens'. he used to like to joke around about the amajiki family could eat the heavens, as a play on their name and his father's quirk.

‣ the male is rather fit. despite his overall gentle appearance and actions, he's basically like a gentle giant. he stands at 6'8" and his masculine frame doesn't really suit his personality that well, considering, rather than an intimidating person, he's like a big puppy. while he has a masculine figure, he has some feminine qualities. he's not exactly lacking in the looks department, he's just more of the pretty-boy type. he has long, blue hair like his mother. his is brighter in color and is not as nearly as straight as hers, being wavier in nature. he has an inverted triangle figure ( snatched waist and nice ass. (view spoiler) ) his eyes, unlike his parents, are actually pinkish red due to the lack of melanin. ( the blood vessels inside can show through the colored part (the iris), and the eyes can look pink or red. ). he has sharp canine-like teeth and while he seems generally harmless, that's less so towards those who threaten him or those he cares about.
quirk - wave manifestation
‣ it's a combination of both his mother and father's quirk and is kind of similar to them.
‣ it's a lot like his father's quirk mostly. by consuming something, he'll gain the characteristics of whatever he's eaten in the last twenty-four hours. the more he ate of that, the stronger it'll be. however, those characteristics don't take a physical form. it's more or so the other abilities of what he's eaten. ( e.g. if he ate bison, he'd be as strong as a bison or if he ate takoyaki, he'd have enhanced intelligence { octopuses have nine brains and can navigate through mazes, remember solutions, take things apart, etc.}, would be able to excrete a slimy substance, dispense ink, etc. ) However, that's not it. He's capable of some evolved version of 'wave motion' where the more physical features come in. He can create 'waves' of the sort like his mother, however, it looks more like what he last ate ( e.g. takoyaki would be a giant semi-transparent octopus arm ). It does cause physical damage and can reach as far as he can see. It's basically energy control in a way. it's a bit inconvenient that it can only be what he's eaten in the last twenty-four hours, but it's whatever. this 'energy' can cause physical damage to the things around him and will take on the physical characteristics of that animal part. ( e.g. a octopus arm's suction cups ). even if it isn't to use his quirk, using his quirk drains a lot of his energy and he needs to eat A LOT in order to replenish his energy. When dispersed, these clumps of energy send powerful shockwaves around them.
‣ they aren't actually physically changing his body like with his father and what he creates, while it does harm the physical form, is just condensed energy and waves in a form. it's not real. as to how the physical characteristics work, it really depends, but it more or so depends on how he applies that energy.
‣ this 'energy' has to be connected to his body, even if it isn't apart of it. E.g. while the octopus arm can reach pretty far, it'd be connected to one of his arms. The same would be if he had frog legs or cheetah legs, it's not real, but the way he applies the energy will allow him to either jump really high or run really fast.
‣ unlike his father, he doesn't necessarily need to digest it or anything. He just needs to consume a piece of the DNA, whether it's hair or something else, no matter how disgusting it might be.

‣ he'd definitely be more of the gentle type, despite his slightly muscular appearance and being practically 6'8". rather than violent, he's like a big puppy. though, despite his gentle, puppy-like personality, he is skilled with combat and is pretty intelligent. he can get pretty aggressive if it's involving those he cares about and would do anything to protect them. he gets attached easily and can be awkward, but he seems to mean well and doesn't really seem like the cunning type. while he sometimes has trouble voicing his words and feelings, he's pretty open and doesn't like keeping secrets from friends. he seems naive, but he's far from it. he, is, however, the type to fall quickly and hard.
‣ he feels pretty close and close with his sister and often teases her for things such as her clumsiness, despite him not being much better. he's very sweet though and would feel bad immediately if he ever actually hurt her feelings. he's someone who worries a lot, despite it seems excessive. he's just an anxious person in general, despite not really being that shy. he's very bright and friendly with others and doesn't mind mingling with others, it can just get overwhelming and he's not sure how to act sometimes.

personality
he's not a very loud person and doesn't really enjoy loud noises in general. if it's unavoidable, it's fine, it's just annoying. he's not the friendliest person though. he's not outright cursing people out, but he's unsociable and a bit cold. he's a bit mean, but he doesn't go out of his way to bother others or even bully people. it's just, if bothered, you can't really expect him to be nice. as long as you don't piss him off though, he's okay. he seems like an angry person, but he's not a dick and will help out if asked.
he's an incredibly bright kid who spends a lot of his time either studying or training. he's always been at the top of his class and, soon to be graduating, still keeps to that. he probably could have skipped a year and gotten ahead, however, he stayed behind in order to have more time to get a handle on his quirk for when he enters U.A.

minori can absorb artificial lights and use them to create projections and holograms. these projections and holograms are solid. they can basically create anything they want with this, only limited by their imagination. on top of that, through touch, they can pull others in a digital virtual world. in this world, they are a lot stronger than the real world and can do things like fly. it is only after taking them to this world and coming back after the five-minute period will they copy their quirk. in order to do that though, they need to be in that virtual world for five minutes, long enough for this world that they've created to properly analyze them. if cut short, she can only use what she's analyzed. it's better if she forces them to use their quirk in this area as well. copied quirks last for up to fifteen minutes and she does take all the drawbacks and everything. she can copy up to five quirks at once, as that is as many people as she can pull into her little virtual world at a time.
personality
she's usually pretty energetic and honestly just wants to have fun, though, there are times for fun and there are times when it's time to get serious. she's someone who has a hard time understanding things and retaining them, so she ends up studying a lot. while this makes her seem uptight, it's when she finally lets loose every once in a while that it can be seen that's not the case. she gets agitated easily when stressed though. she dedicates one day a week to just having fun and trying new things. she really likes the pro-hero dynamite and thinks he's really cool, far cooler than her old man. especially his biceps. though, she hates being teased for it.
she actually does pretty badly when it comes to academics, despite studying so much. her grades are average at best. this is one of the reasons she's in 2-B. her quirk also has too many specific conditions to use most of the time and the entrance exam just didn't work too well with her quirk. she got in though.
she's a sweet girl overall and likes to smile a lot. she's someone who hates injustice and has a strong pride. she'd hate it if anyone looked down on her or others. she has trouble saying 'sorry' and is incredibly hard-headed.

she can control metal and manipulate it, as well as magnetize things through touch. she can manipulate the pull it has as well. by doing this, she can even 'fly' of the sort, by taking two magnetized items and having them have opposite charges, in which they will repel themselves making it possible for her to levitate off the sort. it makes a mess of her blood though and thins it out.
personality
she's usually pretty chill and doesn't usually wig out like some. she's usually calm, even in stressful situations. she seems pretty apathetic, but that is what makes her so chill. there aren't many people she can bring herself to actually dislike because that's a lot of work and she doesn't have enough headspace for them. she spends a lot of her time by herself, either working out or working on her projects.

students can create virtual scenarios, whether former or new computer-generated ones. in order to properly use their quirks in these virtual scenarios, the technology used is a full-body machine that scans one's biometric data and DNA. It registers the students ( as they have unique biometric data, even if related. ) IDs and, by using scanned and data that was input, they could 'use their quirks' in this world. while they aren't using their actual quirks in the real world, it allows students to formulate new ways to use their quirks, strategies, etc.
it's can be used as a strategy course, which teaches the students how to deal with unexpected villain attacks, and allows them to develop themselves in fun game-like ways. They have past scenarios registered in the machine, like villain attacks that happened in the city that were recorded. instead of other heroes, the students are there. in some cases, they'll be there instead of one hero with a bunch of others and have to learn how to properly work with others. These scenarios can be attempted with a bunch of others as well, not just alone.
the technology itself logs you out immediately once it notices abnormalities and monitors heart rate, glucose levels, etc etc. interfering with the technology while in these full-dive virtual scenarios will also force the user to "wake up" and log out immediately. it also monitors your time and will log one out if they are immersed for too long. they don't use normal humans as the standards for this, but rather take every user's individual data into consideration and would log them out based on irregularities for them, as this type of stuff can be influenced by their quirk's features.
‣ this technology has also been developed and tweaked for other things, like gaming and such.
‣ she has a prototype done and it's actually fully functional. she just needs to get investment so she can make more.

‣ her quirk is a lot like her sisters. she has enhanced strength and speed, just, not hearing or anything like that. like her sister, they tried to do some tests on her when she was little, but they never really seemed to bare any fruit.
‣ i'm thinking of something fire-related? like, maybe, in the future, it turns out that the tests did do something to her DNA and everything and her hands and feet would get hot and everything to melt what it touches, coating her arms and feet in said substance as she sets it on fire. of course, this wouldn't take place yet and wouldn't show signs until probably a year or two later.
personality
‣ she's a rather curious little girl and while she's dense and ignorant to how the world actually works, is always going around and causing trouble. she's rather smart, it's just, that she's young and naive. if a stranger gave her candy, she'd probably take it. she's a rather energetic child and always seems to need to be moving around. while she likes moving around and everything, she's not really much of a tomboy and is more girly. she loves dresses and wearing cute things. while she doesn't wear makeup currently, she seems really excited for when she's old enough to wear it, saying stuff like it adds to a woman's charm. whatever that means. she just wants to look pretty.

‣ she only agreed to the tests because her sister was doing them and she wanted to do them too, however, considering how young she was, it shouldn't have been a choice of her own and it's definitely one she regrets. the experiments weren't too bad, but it's not the kind of atmosphere kids like to be around. it's like a bad trip to the doctor's office.
