The Silmarillion kind of scares me lol.

Oh so it was written first. I thought it was written last so that's why I wasn't sure. I thought it was a prequel in the same sense as ABOSBAS. Well if it was written first I'm definitely reading it first.
Well I have The Hobbit, maybe I'll have to read it soon. (The whole, non-fic thing is putting me into a reading slump more then I thought it would 😂)

I agree! The first time I tried to read The Hobbit, I dnf'd, which is quite unusual for me.
