I would be okay with it happening eventually, but I do enjoy the crushing/falling in love process, so if it goes slow, and our characters work well together, then I have no issue with it! As long as it doesn't feel forced.

But focus on his as this is what he's purposely avoided. There's a great deal of pain left on all sides because of this and his crude ways, much to the annoyance of others.
History:
(view spoiler)[ When he was just a small boy, he was subjected to horrific abuse at the hands of his family. He was neglected, beaten, and humiliated regularly. As the years went by, he began to feel like he was completely alone in the world and that no one would ever love or care for him. He became increasingly isolated from society and started to believe that he was worthless and unimportant.

At the age of 15, he was invited to join a gang which provided him with a sense of belonging and family. He was finally accepted and given the attention he had craved since he was a child. However, it came at a steep price. He was forced to take part in criminal activities such as drug dealing and theft to make money for the gang. He was also exposed to violence, drugs, and alcohol regularly.

Despite the risks, the gang provided him with a sense of security and acceptance that he had never felt before and he quickly became loyal to them. He was desperate to make something of his life and the gang provided him with the perfect opportunity to do so. He was able to make money and gain respect from his peers, but he was also trapped in a dangerous and destructive lifestyle.

The trauma he experienced in his childhood and the trauma he experienced in the gang caused him to develop C-PTSD (Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). This mental health disorder is often caused by extended periods of trauma that are not adequately addressed. He was constantly living in a state of fear, anxiety, and depression. (hide spoiler)]

Personality: Lucian is a well-liked person, both by peers his age and people much older than him. He’s polite and careful in how he interacts with others. He knows how to laugh at the correct moment, or nod his head to show he’s listening, or keep eye contact. He’s aware that he’s looked up to. Luci’s the typical type to get a confession of love now and then yet he doesn’t very much care for them.
By the one person who knows him well - his sister, how sad is that? - he’s described as having a “rotten personality”. He truly only enjoys the presence of Lydia, finding other people boring or annoying. He’s dramatic and condescending. Luci judges other people very quickly, unfortunately basing everything off of his first interaction with said person. He believes himself to be better than everyone else with a quite strong superiority complex, and the only person that can put him back in line is his twin.
Every now and then he loses himself and gives little to no reaction to anything. His episodes can go for days and there’s not much he can do about it. Luci’s parents have given up trying to help and he’s only left with Lydia for support.

History: (view spoiler)[Coming from a wealthy family and being expected to inherit everything, Lucian was raised to be perfect in everything he did. He was watched and graded on every interaction he had and “friends” were sent by his parents and never lasted long. His appearance was also very important. He couldn’t eat too much or look like he was trying too hard. His food at dinners was much less than his sister and parents. Regularly he was weighed and had checkups with doctors.
Luci was homeschooled after an incident at a boarding school when he was thirteen. Out of the two, Luci quickly became the favorite of the twins in the school. After having lessons on proper social etiquette drilled into his head, it was only obvious that his teachers and peers would enjoy his polite and sweet facade. Lydia though, was the “weird kid” when she wasn’t with her brother. Lucian had no way of knowing how severely she was being bullied until he found the perpetrators in the act. Later he’ll describe what happened as an “out of body experience”. He beat the other kids bloody, sending three out of the four to the hospital.
It’s an understatement to say that his parents were furious. After he was expelled, his parents sent him to his room, locking him in and refusing to feed him. Lydia talked to him through his door at first, until she was banned from going to see him. She was still going to school when Luci got his homeschooled lessons. They were harsher on him and really enforced his perfection. Corporal punishment was used if he was found to be less than adequate. His personality is greatly influenced by his childhood. Description: Lucian is tall and fit. He reaches a little over six foot and towers over his sister. He has visible muscles but his weight is steadily dropping. His skin is a little more tan than his twin and he has a few beauty marks on his face and other parts of his body. He has a few scars on his hands and back from punishments as a kid.
Luci has a softer angle to his face and has a slight roman nose. He has downturned silver eyes and long black lashes. Originally he had wavy black hair like his sibling but at eighteen he started dying it. It’s now pinkish-purple which he styles with barrettes. He regularly plucks his eyebrows to keep them thin. Personality: Lydia is soft spoken, almost never speaking compared to her loudmouth brother. They can’t be more opposite of each other, though they work well. Lydia has a gentle approach to everything, if not hesitant. She doesn’t enjoy the company of people very much, but her reasoning is different from her twin; she feels intense anxiety in social situations. Despite her anxious nature, she works hard and supports the people around her.
She’s sweet and caring most of the time, but that’s not to say that she doesn’t have her bad side. If made angry - which you’d have to work hard for - she can be a sadistic kind of cruel. While most of the time she thinks things through before acting, there’s no telling what she’d do if she lost her cool. When she was younger, she was much harder to control. Watching her brother suffer though, she trained herself to be his rational side.

History: !TW! Contains SA! (view spoiler)[Lydia knew that she was her brother’s shadow. He was everything she wasn’t. While he was confident, she felt insecure. While he spoke his mind, she kept herself quiet. While these traits made her parents value her more than him, it made her peers hate her. The students at the boarding school she went to bullied her relentlessly and after Luci was expelled, it only got worse.
The other kids blamed her for her brother’s expulsion and took it out on her. She was stolen from, locked in custodian’s closets, and sometimes was the victim of physical abuse. At fifteen, she unfortunately gained the attention of a young male teacher. He was handsome, objectively, and new at the school. He took a liking to Lydia almost instantly. Because she was failing some classes due to the bullying - she was typically a smart kid - he gave her lessons after school.
For a while, it was innocent. Lydia enjoyed this teacher's company, and found herself with a small crush on him. It wasn’t supposed to end how it did though. After a bit, he started touching her shoulder a little longer than usual, leading her by putting his hand on the small of her back or leaning with his face close to hers. The touches lingered and gradually got more confident.
The first time it happened, she screamed and people only came once it was too late and the deed was done. The teacher was taken out and was sent to jail. Lydia’s parents blamed her and asked her what she’d done to provoke him. The only person who knew she was innocent was Luci. (hide spoiler)]

Personality: To put it simply, Jude could care less what people think about him. He knows that everyone has their perceptions of him, and he has his own about them. That’s just how the world works. He stopped caring years ago. He also knows that if you do care, there’s a higher chance of getting attached. And unfortunately, that’s just something he can’t allow to happen, especially in his line of work.
Jude knows he’s brash and crude most of the time. He’s reckless and chooses not to think things through, purely for the joy of the unknown. He could if he wanted to, he’s smarter than a lot of the people around him. The rush he gets every time he jumps into something head on is amazing. It makes him so filled with adrenaline - he feels free. He was chained down once; never again.
The only person he acts differently around is his daughter. He doesn’t get a whole lot of time to be around her, but when he is, he lets himself become unguarded. He becomes gentle and soft. He watches over her and becomes the father he never got. Whether he originally wanted her or not, she’s his now and truthfully, he knows that he loves her.

History: !TW! Brief mention of SA! (view spoiler)[Jude’s father was merciless. Jude’s mother was neglectful. Jude himself was a hungry kid who didn’t know any better. He learned the hard way that if he wanted to be fed, following orders was the best way to go. His orders consisted of crimes that benefitted his father. And when his father beat him, his mother turned away. When his father beat his mother, she blamed him. When his father refused to feed him and locked him outside for hours, his mother forgot he existed. He tries not to think about his childhood now.
When he was a teen, he went through his “rebellious phase”. He acted like he didn’t care about the abuse from his father. He acted like he wasn’t affected by his mother’s eyes shifting away, pretending nothing happened. Jude ran with a group of other teens in similar situations, doing drugs, stealing from stores and getting drunk. He slept with girls and guys both in his own way of defying his father. He didn’t follow orders right away, which resulted in more frequent consequences. He was stupid.
The very first assassination job he got was, coincidentally, to kill his father. The person who hired him had no idea that he was Kaz’s son, barely knew Jude’s name. Whether it made him a bad person or not, Jude wasn’t against the idea. So at night, he strangled his father. He almost killed his mother as well. He left her sleeping peacefully, packed his things, and left.
A year ago, he broke up with his girlfriend of two years. They had been off and on for months, having fights regularly and having make up sex. While he was asleep, Jude’s girlfriend raped him and got herself pregnant. Obviously it resulted in a fight. Jude attempted to resolve it so they could take care of the kid, but right after giving birth, she left him to watch for his daughter by himself. (hide spoiler)]

Personality: Ferris Sullivan was different from Zero. They were two different people. One was more rare to see than the other. But Ferris wasn’t dead; he was just dorment. Zero couldn’t let go of him, so he was hidden.
Ferris was a kid. Somebody who was stupidly innocent. He held too much trust in people, there were too many lies he believed, too many people who took advantage of that. And yet, he was also kind and honest.
Zero describes himself as “fun”, though. He doesn’t give a shit about other people’s opinions, even when he probably should. He’s a more reckless version of Jude, though unlike Jude, he doesn’t have somebody to pull him back down to earth. So instead, he loses it. He does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, not giving a damn about the consequences. He cares about people, but not enough to let them pin him down, even if he needs it.
He’s against having help for anything, and can be lazy and spiteful. Most things he does is for a semblance of control because he lacked so much in his past. Zero’s driven by revenge, saying it’s the only thing keeping him alive. He doesn’t truly have anyone he depends on, so he’s alone in most things.

History: !TW! Contains SA (childhood and adulthood), graphic descriptions of torture! (view spoiler)[Zero’s mother and father weren’t married. In fact, they weren’t meant to even be together. His mother was a prostitute and his father was a wealthy man. It was supposed to be a one night stand, but his father was a fool and his mother got pregnant. He ditched, obviously, and left the woman alone to deal with the unwanted pregnancy.
When the baby was born, it was clear he was going to be hated. His parents didn’t want him - most certainly not his mother, who he heard screamed that he was a “sin on earth” for hours after his birth, even after he was taken from her sight. They said she’d gone insane and killed herself. He wasn’t sure though, he didn’t remember her.
Instead, he was raised in an orphanage for a while until he was five. The owners gave him the name Ferris, because his mother never gave him one. Of what little memories he had of the place, he knew it was not in good condition. He remembered being the youngest there, and though later on, he was told of the starving and the neglect, he doesn’t recall the exact details, just bits.
Once he was out of the orphanage - it was shut down, though all that did was send the children into the streets with no shelter - he was “hired” as a child prostitute. Unfortunately, Zero did have memories from this time in his life. The name “Ferris” was never used. He had nicknames instead and it all changed depending on the person. There was a specific group of clients who were a bit on the extreme side. They had specific wants that, as a sex worker, Zero was required to fulfill. They were also his most frequent clients.
He remembered the punishments too - regularly, he’d have panic attacks and because he couldn’t do his job that way, he’d hide in his closet and lock it. Eventually his bosses had to end up breaking the door down where he’d be taken down to a basement of sorts. He remembered being chained to the wall and whipped, or being held down while a knife cut into his back, carving obscene words. Those words were still there, on his body. He remembered being muzzled enough times that it left a permanent scar on his face.
There had been one thing that made it all worthwhile though. He’d grown attached to a boy who was brought in when Zero was nineteen. The boy had freshly turned eleven, and they knew each other for four years. The boy’s name was Obi, and Zero felt it was his job to protect the kid as much as possible. That meant that he made sure that every single thing the kid could’ve done wrong, Zero took the blame for. Obi had no idea.

When he finally turned twenty three, he was rescued by a man named Jude, who had assassinated his client for the night. It was an unintentional rescue, and Jude made it clear that he had no interest in being a part of Zero’s life at first. They surprisingly became close though, bonding through mutual traumatic experiences, and when Jude got him his job, he crafted the name “Zero”. Appearance Description: Zero’s short, at least for a guy, standing at 5’6. He has a long diamond shaped face with slightly pointed ears. He has scars covering his body, though most people can only see the ones on his face; scars going from the bridge of his nose to circle around his mouth, as if something was imprinted there for a long time (not shown in photo). He also has tattoos all on his chest, back, arms and legs, and piercings in his ears, all of which he did himself.
Zero has short bleached blonde hair that’s shaved at the sides and back. He has thin darker eyebrows and slanted eyes. His eyes are a whiskey color, and he almost always has eyebags and red marks around them as if he’d been crying, though it’s unlikely. Zero also has long thin, chapped lips and a round nose.
