Hey River since your the ruler of the East I have a question. Am I aloud to make a technician for your Oc? (With the lack of resources they probably won't be able to make much let alone good stuff. E.g. Devises, futuristic tech, etc.)

Yes Henry, you can make a technician for Tessa. MAYBE THAT CAN BE WO SHE FALLS IN LOVE WITH, and West Kato's talks about it in the news

Hello! Catrine was recently approved, and I was looking to get a couple fellow artists and employees working in his collective. Cat's Tail is an establishment that is also known to service gang members, so please be aware! Could also use customers, either first-timers or frequent veterans.
employees : currently looking for three ( 3 ) more. basically they do anything the artists don't do; typically cleaning up or working reception in respective areas
fellow artists : this is a collective, and thus there are several other businesses shoved together with his. generally of their own niche in the beauty and body modification community. looking for two ( 2 ) to join him at this current time.
note ! Catrine himself is a body modder (i.e. splitting tongues, piercings) with a specialty in tattoos. This may be uncomfortable to read/write for some people, so I wanted to make a warning of this!

With the introduction of the gangs, I'm opening up collabs for the Black Jackals. You can find information on them here. I have Minato, who is the current commander of the gang. I'm open to collaborations on recruitment, and particularly bringing in a second-in-command for him. They don't need to have a relationship outside of their work, but they would trust each other immensely. Otherwise Minato would not have given them the position.
Other members are welcome to be created, or existing character may join. They could also be indebted to the Jackals because of the way the gang operates with loans. Recruitment is open and we can discuss how your character happens to find their way into the ranks, or if they are already longstanding members if you would like. Positions of power are considered lucrative and rare, please keep this in mind.
Other possible interactions include someone that might be receiving the gang's protection in their area of control, someone that they are seeking to buy property from either civilly or by force, a member of a smaller gang that hasn't fallen under their control/wishes to rival them, or a citizen that might have been affected by their presence in their area. There's a lot that could be done here.
There is also an ongoing rivalry with the Azure Pistols, another large gang. Leaders of it are open to creation, though I ask that they not be younger than twenty-five. And if they are, special circumstances are required that will need to be discussed. Clashes with the Black Jackals are going to become more frequent, and recruitment for them is also open.
note one ! While this gang is not obviously violent, they can be. Any plots involving them will likely include threats and violence, so there is a potential for your characters to get hurt — but this may provide your character with growth/dev.
note two ! As state in the Cat Tails Ink collab post, Cat's Tail Ink is considered neutral ground by the Jackals as per an old agreement with the previous owners. They will not initiate any violence in this location, and most members receive their gang-specific tattoos here. They are free to go elsewhere for their tattoos if they wish.

I'm looking to make a group of brothers- Khalad, Kalen, & Kance from West Katos (names inspired by The Bone Witch my favorite book ^^ )
Kalen and Khalad would be twins and Kance either a younger or older brother. I'm willing to make 2 if I can't get 2 others to create one. PM me and we can work out the history, etc. of the brothers together!
