2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

A science fiction novel by the late, great Stepan Chapman, where the protagonists are a brontosaurus, a jeep, and an aged Mexican woman. It's not, in the end, as surreal as it sounds, but it is very, very good.

Oh, I didn't even get this started until a week late, but once I did, I breezed through it like nobody's business. It is a sadly little known book.
