I probably won't get to it for a week or so, just started another book on my kindle.

Just started it. I'm on Chapter 2. The Mammoth. Oof.

I know I shouldn't be rooting for Geo at this point but there has to be something more to this murder, and I'm looking forward to divulging into this story!

I'm at Chapter 7. I can slow down so that you all can catch up, I have another long book that I can read.

What are your thoughts on the friendship between Kaiser "Kai" and Geo as adults?

Also, no spoiler here- Geo is garbage., Ugh

I'm at Chapter 13, so about 36% of the way through the book. I'm not sure I like any of these people yet, so I can't get attached to the friendship.

But the audiobook is good, hopefully Denise feels the same way when she picks up the book next week! I'm going to try and read other things. :-)

Ok today I am ending today on Chapter 18. Still not sure about Geo, without knowing the whole story, I can't believe she only got 5 years, seems wrong. Also not sure about this relationship with Geo and Kai as adults, definitely don't like Kai's choices as an adult, but I guess considering what happened when they were kids it can kind make for a screwed up life.

Just finished. Gave it 4 stars. I figured things out before hand, but thought that the ending was just a quick frenzy to end the story.

I'm at Chapter 25, will probably finish up tomorrow. It seems to be pointing a certain direction, but we'll see. I'm glad you both liked it, I'm enjoying the writing style.
