Might want to skip Alcatraz and the Evil Librarians then. The ending at the beginning of the first book is alledged to be the end of the series, but I haven't gotten that far yet so I can't say for sure.

Nope, not an interdimensional being, just from Iowa...which might be worse. LOL. And yes I read multiple books at the same time. If I don't pay attention it can be as many as thirty or so.

That is a very good tip. I read a lot of WWII military history and I tend to favor the Battle of the Bulge. One time I was trying to read three books on the Bulge at the same time and was going crazy trying to remember where I was in which one. Never do that again.
