Goodreads Authors/Readers discussion

Hope someone can help me. I remember reading a series of books about three men who started a security company. One of the love interests was a woman who ran a company doing translation of documents into foreign languages. Her office was next door to the security company. She was attacked in her office and was rescued, then kidnapped, I think.
Another book was about a woman who came to the company saying she was the long lost sister of one of the security guys.

I cannot find this particular series. Can anyone help?
