I read this for school and it honestly wasn't that bad.
I also read this book for school, but i didn't like it, I think I gave 1-2 stars
It seems like I'm the only one here who didn't read it for school and absolutely loved it XD In fact, I just finished rereading it :)
We did an extract of it in school when we did gothic in English and from that it seems really good
ive been debating whether or not i want to read it but i just watched the spoof movie version and it kinda put me off it. But im willing to give it a chance in the future

I surely understand that it might not be for everyone, but I think it's one of those books everyone should read at least once in their lives. But if you don't feel like reading it, then ofc don't read it! Reading is for our enjoyment :)
yeah, maybe ill feel different later, but i just think its not for me rn. I definitely wanna give it a try in the future tho!
