Marx followed behind AJ as the dew on the garden's plants shimmered in the daylight. He did a little spin, light glimmering onto his casual clothing. "Beautiful, isn't it?"

AJ nodded quickly, slightly swaying uneasily as she walked. She was having a hard time keeping her vision straight at this point, despite her leaning up against a planter bright with red flowers. She blinked a couple of times and coughed into her sleeve and when she pulled back, it was red with blood. "Great." She mumbled, and sat on the ground, leaning against the planter.

"Hey, you okay?" Marx watched as AJ stumbled around, and sat down next to her, looking at her bloody sleeve. "You should've told me you didn't feel okay... What's been going on here? You have to tell me..."

"Nothing. Don't touch me." AJ snarled, then clasped a hand over her mouth, "Sorry." She mumbled, feeling bad, "No, this literally my thing, secrets, remember? I'm a rotten no good liar with no point and no chance to be a good hero." She mocks, and coughs again, "What'dya say that villain's name was? Ren?" She asked, narrowing her eyes.

"Hey... Don't say that!! You're amazing, and you have every right to be a hero!" Marx said, looking at AJ sincerely, in the eyes. "Also, her name was Renma, but she refuses to say she was a villain."

AJ snorts, her mood flattening out to nothing again, "Yeah, yeah, of course you'd say that." She said, "Hate to break it to you, kid, but she's definitely a villain." She scowled at the perfect rows of blue flowers planted across from where they were sitting.

“Okay, whatever you say!” Marx sighed. “How about we both just relax a little, I can help you walk if you want, and maybe… we could go and see the lavender I’ve been growing? I think that’d be fun, would it not?”

"Sure." AJ said, and shook her head, coughing blood again. She stood very quickly but kept her balance, "Where is said lavender?" She asked him, offering him a hand up.

Marx took the hand and stood up more slowly, so as to not make AJ feel worse about her state. “Well, it’s just a few sections down. Do you need any support, I’m here to help.”

"I'm fine." AJ told him sternly, walking in that direction. She kept an outward eye out for any other people, she didn't like being around too many people, plus she was injured, not that she would let anybody know that. She walked over to a planter that had a sprig of lavender in it and she pointed at it, "This it?" She asked Marx.

“Yep! I love it so much. If you look at it for a bit, it almost seems… cute, right?” Marx said as he watered his plant with a watering can that was left behind. He set the can back in the general area he found it. “Here, rub your hand gently on the top of it, and smell your hand.” He smiled.

"Does it smell like lavender?" AJ asked the obvious, but did what Marx said, inhaling the scent of the flower, smiling lightly at it. She liked flowers, a lot, actually, one more of her many secrets.

“Yeah, try it!” Marx watched as AJ breathed in the scent. “I just love flowers, don’t you? Which one’s your favorite?” Marx smiled as he did the same.

"The Cyrtanthus Obliquus over there are my favorite." AJ says, motioning over her shoulder without turning towards another planter with tall, red bell shaped flowers happily swaying in the wind. AJ crouched to see the lavender closer.

“I think you might know more about flowers than me. Do you like them a lot? Doesn’t seem like something you would like, but I’m just wondering.” Marx gazed at the red flowers. “They’re very nice.”

"Yeah, they're cool, I guess." AJ said to him, "Plants in general I guess. Mine's over there." She points to a patch of unruly purple plants, "Digitalis Purpurea, or commonly known as Common Purple Foxglove." She said, her joy in plants giving away the truth plainly. She really did find joy in gardening, and it was customary for her to plant a new kind somewhere around the gardens, though she didn't keep them in orderly rows, they were all well taken care of.

“Funny how foxglove… I was actually writing an essay on them. It wasn’t assigned to me, o just thought it would be neat. They’re wonderful plants, yknow? Do you mind if I take a look?” Marx stepped towards AJ and the lavender. “I won’t touch them.”

"Sure." AJ said, still thinking about his lavender, "Careful not to breathe too much, the pollen is poisonous, as is most of the plant." She told him warily, raising a brow as she inspected the lavender.

“I know, I know. I’ll be very careful!” Marx slowly went over, creating a tight mask over his face with thread so as to not breathe in the fumes. He marceled at the epegant red they presented to him. “It’s ironic how such deadly flora can be so beautiful, right?”

"They're very pretty." AJ agreed, nodding. She coughed again, and turned to watch Marx marvel at the foxglove, "I've got another, though they aren't as... dangerous." She supposed that she could show him another one, "Cyclamen. Beautiful and approachable." She said, waving towards a delicate pink plant.

Marx continued to marvel at the flowers as she talked until the new flower was introduced. He hesitantly left the flower. “Very pretty! In my opinion, pink and flowers kind of go together, right?” Marx said as the many threads that made up the mask covering his mouth and nose slowly disappeared, revealing Marx’s smile.

"I guess you could say that." AJ said, walking over to Marx, and with that, the last of her energy just vanished out of thin air. She slumped down, blinking, trying to take in oxygen. She sat cross-legged next to him, acting like everything was fine. She coughed again and whatever had been stopping her from breathing was gone and she blinked at the cyclamen. She had befriended a girl with a plant quirk, and she had helped, so this plant was probably the last one she could tell Marx about.

“You okay..?” Marx said, looking at AJ questioningly as she sat on the ground. “Suddenly got tired, hm?” Marx walked over to where she sat and stood by her, then sat down next to her before dusting off the area he was going to sit at. “You okay?”

"Yep. All good." AJ said weakly, holding up a thumbs-up, "Everything's totally fine." She said, knowing she wasn't very convincing, but didn't have anything else in her to work with, so she threw him a smile that probably looked more like a grimace.

“Yeah, no. I don’t think you’re convincing me, or any of the plants.” The flowers responded with a sway on the gentle breeze. “Maybe you need some rest from walking. Anything I can do to help? I’m being serious this time.” Marx said, insisting to help her in whatever way he could.

"Plants don't need to be convinced of anything. Especially not mine." AJ added sarcastically, changing the subject, not answering his question. "I'm fine. Are you okay? You were attacked by a villain, after all." She points out, not looking at him.

Marx looked at AJ despite her not facing him. “I’m completely fine. She only threatened to attack me and I obliged as long as she didn’t hurt you.” Marx said trying his best not to give off a correcting tone. “Still, do you need anything?”

AJ nodded, "Weird villain. What is Renma known as? I've got half a bone to pick with her." She muttered, mostly to herself. "Nah, like I said, I'm fine." She told Marx, beginning to feel a little irritated. Why did he care so much about her, anyway? She'd been going to UA for three years and he was the second or third person to ever talk to her a second time. Strange kid.

Ikana admired the beautiful scene of the garden she then sat down by the fountain in the garden she grabbed a white rose from the bush to her it was beautiful she closed her eyes and the wind picked her on her wavy long hair

Hitori was talking with his ai assistant Luna as he sat on a bench that was isolated from others.
