My interview on “Topic Time” with Harrison Blake Young to promote my 4 books went excellent. Didn’t go into full detail with the books because they’re so extensive, didn’t want to give any of the plots away, and I often don’t feel comfortable talking about them with other people. I dressed casually to make myself more comfortable and not make myself look like a stuffed up, starch collared ass. Glad I won’t have to be working up to 65 hours or more a week like I have been the past 5 years at both Home Depot and as a machinist at Alpha Grainger. Now I can relax, have more free time, still work at the machine shop, and write more often. It’s going to be on YouTube & Easton Community Access Television sometime next week. Not sure when.
I would formally like to introduce myself. My name is Alina, and I am a student-volunteer here to speak on behalf of Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS)—a student-led non-profit organization dedicated to making shadowing and volunteer opportunities easily accessible to students globally via online outlets.
In collaboration with Pre-Health Shadowing, two student authors from our team, Ramsha Essa and Mirza Baig, are currently working on a book that showcases the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic had on healthcare workers, medical/dental/PA students, and pre-health students from around the world. Majority of the data, stories and narratives have been collected via interviews with healthcare professionals and other individuals in this field.
We would like to request any authors and reviewers to take the time out to review our book. We prefer our reviews to be posted on Goodreads and Amazon; however, reviews on any platform would be much appreciated. If you are interested, I can add your name and contact information to our list. Once we have our book sample and potentially the entire book, we can send it your way along with the deadline we hope to have the reviews in by.
