I have an edition of this book (0586039392) with a different cover, but the same ISBN.

The cover on my edition is this one:

The page count is 207 which doesn't include any advertisements or excerpts in it.

To Your Scattered Bodies Go (Riverworld, #1) by Philip José Farmer

In the future, please post a full web page on Abebooks (or any other source), not just an image file. We need to check some information before updating an entry. Also, we can't use images from ebay due to copyright.
