I read the book and I really liked it

Forgot to post that I've finished the book and enjoyed it.

At first, I was skeptical about having completely new characters, but Brockmann fleshes them out so well that I can already see how they will merge with the familiar cast.

That’s good to know.

I could not get into this one. I certainly hope for better the next round, because it was a slog for me. The action part did not get going until the end, and the main romance was ho-hum.

So I'm hoping for better next month...

I'm not finished yet - of course, it's a reread for me, but I'm enjoying taking my time with the audios.
