It's that time of the month where YOU all nominate what books we'll be reading in March as Group Reads!

We have the following categories open for nomination:

READER PICK - this is for a widely available, mass market book that comes in paperback and ebook on at least 3 distribution platforms and the library Overdrive catalog. Kindle Unlimited 'exclusive' books are specifically disqualified [*sorry, kids, your Fab-5 BOTM MOD is a Nook girl!*]

INDIE PICK - this is for an independently published book where the author does all the work themselves. Kindle-only books are okay. Authors are permitted to nominate their own books.

SERIES PICK - our brain-eating binge will continue on with Book 4 of the Zombie Fallout series by Mark Tufo, Zombie Fallout 4: The End Has Come and Gone, so reserve that puppy on your local inter-Library loan!



So drop your nomination into the thread below! Remember, one man, one vote in EACH category! Because we use the Random.org Randomizer, authors are allowed to nominate their own books. Winners will be tabulated and announced on the first of March.

never done this before so I hope I do it right haha I would like to nominate for the Indie section tho it is a series but the first book is called "the marked ones" by samantha munt a paranormal romance with mermaids and love triangles!!! you will be hooked!!

Ok, I kind of feel the need to apologize for a bit of self-promotion here, but I'd like to nominate my book for the indie pick.

I'm going to nominate my book for the indie pick. It's about a 13-year-old girl who becomes the first female Death (as in Reaper) and is alone in a world where all the other Deaths are men.

Hello! I'd like to nominate (for the Indie pick) my urban fantasy novel "Mark of the Breenan."

I'd like to nominate my contemporary fantasy for the indie pick, if I may. The blurb:

How about something from the Dresden files for Reader pick? It's a series, but most of them stand alone. I started on book #4 and have been hooked ever since.

I nominate my paranormal romance for the indie pick. Halton Cray is inspired by Jane Eyre. It's the first in a series, and is a full book in itself with epilogue. It's also going to be free next week 3rd-7th March fyi!

I don't know if March will come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, or the way things have been going here on the North-East Coast of the USA, maybe just come in like a lion and hang around, dumping snow until June, but let's nominate some great books to tide us over until the crocuses peep above the snowpack!
