If you see something you like, request.... you can be vague about the request by just giving me a face claim and I'll do the rest. Or you can give me each gif you want and everything else. So hopefully you don't barf at the ugliness of my creations :P

then change the filter save it.
then go to the make a gif part.
and add the two saved images with a 1 second interval and no transition. And then boom
Does that make sense?/Would you be able to do that with the information given?
