Are there any books you have on your TBR pile that you'd like to discuss? I'd like to join in some buddy reads within the team!

But March is a little insane for me - I have report cards to write & Parent Interviews, but I also have the last few days off for Spring Break, so I'm going to set my goal at 10 books, and hopefully be able to speed past that no problem.
Sorry if that was TL;DR....

The Girl at Midnight
Seraphina
The Midwife of Hope River
The Reluctant Midwife: A Hope River Novel
The Lake Season
Sea of Stars
The 4-Hour Workweek
Death Sworn
Red Queen
I don't have any set dates on these, so if anyone wants to buddy read, just let me know! :)

and ARC is an Advanced Reader Copy - a proof copy of a book, which is given to someone to read and review, prior to the books publication date ☺

The worst! I have to actually leave my Kindle at home.

What about when you're commuting? Is there time to read?

I love To Kill a Mockingbird! I read it back in Grade 9 (oh my...that's a while back) and thought it was good, and then my husband (when he was still my boyfriend) was in a theatre production of it as Bob Ewell. If I can get my act together & finish The Hobbit, I think I might do a re-read!

I read it back in 8-9th grade too! I kinda forgot what it was about except for the names. It's not bad at the moment, just easy to put down and do other things.. That's cool how your husband was in a theatre production of it!
@Lauren
Oh I see!

2/3 in and I'm glued to the story. :)

Oh no, the gap has widened even more. Chasers on a whopping 36! Definitely need to go the buddy read route to catch up.

Looks like you're getting through those books quite quickly though which is impressive! I guess all that matters is we enjoy the books we read :)

I have to apologize that I haven't been reading as much for this challenge - I will be reading more, I'm just in a slump right now, plus work stuff and family health problems are huge factors.

That makes me feel better (love your review!) I bought it and then started to get nervous about whether I would like it or not.
I got it for christmas one year, and I was so glad i did because it was so good! The other book I got at the same time wasn't quite as good though ☺

Can't join you on any since my reading schedule packed but I do hope you enjoy the Selection. Breezed through that book since it was addictive!

Now I'm onto a book I definitely like so hopefully this will get me out of my reading slump.

I hope you can consider buddy reading these FREE short stories for a quick 2 points per book :)

Which book was that? I hate reading slumps :( Do you like contemporaries? That usually gets me out of one !

I'm not usually into contemporaries. I'm more YA fantasy stuff - I'm currently reading book 4 of the Mortal Instruments. So good, just totally thrown off my reading game right now :(
