I don't think you can make a poll on this group unless you're a mod.... but it also depends on the device? Are you on a phone or tablet or computer?
Im on a phone, but i can switch to a computer
Yeah, you have to be on the website and/or computer and when you click inside the group there will a spot on the right that has different options and "polls" is one of them
Yeah it wont let me, how do i sign up to be a mod???

You can also make a poll from your own account. I think its only on a computer but you can go on your account, create a poll and send it to your friends.
Ohhhhhh thats how people have been sending me polls, thx
I think I will change this topic's name to 'Goodreads Help'.

technically yes but it's a bit of a process. it requires knowing how the goodreads html works and which is used when replying to a comment.
basically you can do it by putting italics [ex: <.i.>comment here<./i.> (just without the periods)] around the comment you want to reply to and then typing it out manually, rather than the button on the website that would do that part for you.
in the italics html just place the username of the person you're replying to and then what they wrote in quotations, [ex. Cheyenne wrote: "(message here)"]
and that's how you do it, hopefully that helped. I know html is always super confusing at first, I remember when I was new to goodreads and had no idea how to use it either.
