Newly Wardell | 154 comments Okay so! You have reached the hour 17. You accomplished some goals, cleared some space on that ever growing TBR. Good job you. How was that SPRINT? I've done a couple of these so here's a couple tips.
Eye drops are a good look right about now.
So a good stretch, if you been in the same snuggly position for a while, find a new one.
CLOSE YOUR EYES! Not meaning to scream but overworking you optics is real. A couple deep breathes feed that brain getting a wore out and might need some oxygen.

Mental health is hugs for all you page titans. You've done really well, so keep going. Whether youre powering up or powering down, rock your spot. Please feel free to add your own top secrets. Like I usually read plays or short stories until the next sprint but I'm a book tracker.

For me it is about time to return to an audiobook so I can listen while stretching in lower lighting for a bit. A few hours from now lower lighting would be risky, but now is about perfect. :)

Newly Wardell | 154 comments Hey Cynda and Jamie! I was at a conference this summer and learned a little bit about how relaxing light can be. Quality tip! I have no idea how y'all audiobooks during readathon. Everytime I try, I end up waking up the next morning. lol.

Steph Anya (stephanya) | 19 comments Went as long as I could reading my Kindle. Switching to a familiar audiobook now as I nap for a couple of hours.
