Even though the beginning was pretty strong and beautifully written, the pacing really starts to drag in the middle part of the book. By the end, things were getting so far-fetched that I struggled to understand some of the awful choices the characters were making.

This was the second last book I read! Reading a new series before I jump into TOG and CC to avoid reading burnout!
