10.3 – Borrowing from the Mods:
Read a book from the "Read" shelf of one of the group’s moderators that was read prior to Mar. 1, 2015. This task may be repeated but you must "borrow" from a different moderator every time.

Please note that I've made a slight modification to this task, in order to simply the score-keeping process:

The book you "borrow" from the moderator must have been read by that moderator prior to the start of the Spring challenge.

Can we use these for combo points? If so, can they still only be once per moderator?

Yes this task can be used as combo points, but only once per moderator.

Just to be clear -- this task can be claimed once per moderator and once per combo? So each moderator can have both one and only one task AND one and only one combo?
