It was a pick by my local book club and was such a struggle to finish. Figured out the killer early, stilted conversation, one dimensional characters. Boooooring!

I'm really liking this author - her books are pretty easy reads. Some of them are difficult and have triggers. This one was sad, and hard, but had a happy ending.

I'm working on the last in the Outlander series Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone, Outlander Series, Book 9.

The is the second book in the Harbinger series. I LOVED the entirety of the first book, but this one suffered from that second book slump that sometimes happens with a series.
HOWEVER!!! The ending redeemed the entire thing and I gave it 5 stars :D

This is a cozy mystery and the story itself is average, but I laughed out loud so many times while reading this. I enjoyed it more than many other cozies so I had to tack a 4th star on :D
