First of all, thank you to the group creators for putting together such a beneficial group for authors. It is appreciated. I see the group loves novels. Does this group only review novels?
I am a spiritual alignment specialist and author of non-fiction. Would my book Conquer Stress: The Overthinker's Guide to Peace and Happiness fit into this group?
Either way, I wish you all the best with your happiness and success!
Sincerely,
Nicole :)

Hi Catherine - we've had no issues with emails, but if you want PM us your email address and we can see why there might be an issue. Make sure there are no spaces etc and it is formatted correctly.
Photo wise, I would recommend uploading any photo that represents you or your work. We do require a photo for both your author account and your work.

My name is Christopher.
I am an artist, musician, husband, father, and first time author.
I enjoy making all forms of art that I can get my hands on. Recently I have been doing a lot of wood carving and painting. But what I have worked on the most as of late is my very first novel. I have finished writing it and I have even gotten it published on Amazon. It is a Science Fiction Action Adventure novel called: The Intergalactic Information Super-Highway
My favorite book types are Fantasy and Science Fiction. My favorite books are: Dune, The Stand, The Dark Tower Series, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and the combined stories of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
If it is okay for me to do so, I would like to share my book as a possible suggested read to this group.

Thank you.

We are a small group of editors who have joined together to provide authors fair, impartial, and constructive editorial reviews on their novels.
We love singular novels, and with books in series, prefer them in order. All our submissions and reviews are 100% free, and once reviewed, we post our reviews on both Amazon and Goodreads, along with a dedicated page on Editor's Weekly.
Our goal is to help great independent authors get some traction, and also get their novels reviewed without the exorbitant prices many other facilities charge.
Note that as we are a free platform, your submission will be entered into the queue and will be reviewed whenever one of our staff picks it. Due to the number of submissions we receive:
1) Improperly edited submissions/author profiles will result in the assumption that the same level of care was put into the novel, and therefore, is unlikely to be reviewed. So please make sure you fully complete your submission and author profile!
2) Contacting us regarding the status of your review is not permitted! We operate impartially and do not have preferential treatment.
3) Novels that demonstrate they do not have sufficient copyediting or polishing are likewise unlikely to be reviewed - we want work you, as an author, would be proud to hard-cover publish using your own money!
4) You will not receive notification about your novel once it is submitted. We will post reviews on all platforms, and whether it be a really good one or one that isn't as awesome as you'd prefer, we don't edit/remove them once completed.
5) We purchase all the novels ourselves, so there is no need for you to submit the manuscript to us.
6) Your novel must be listed on Amazon.
Finally, note that although all of us at EDW have been in literature for many years, this is a new offering. Accordingly, although we do have a number of novels in queue already through internal submissions, submissions sooner rather than later are more likely to be reviewed, as we anticipate the queue to swell up quickly based on our initial tests. We are also launching on social media platforms, so if you do get a chance to tell others about us and send us a PM here on Goodreads, we can attach that to your review submission so that reviewers are encouraged to reciprocate the goodwill.
Thank you!
