What Publishers Weekly says about C.J. Tudor's book:
“Tudor . . . provides plenty of subtle chills in this superior collection of eleven stories. . . . Twilight Zone fans will hope for another collection from this gifted writer.”—Publishers Weekly

I think my favorite was "I'm not Ted". It had an unexpected ending. It was somewhat light-hearted/funny. I liked many of the stories but this one was my favorite.

If you don't know the author, C.J. Tudor, she has been called “Britain’s female Stephen King” though I guess depending on your perspective, maybe Stephen King is America's male C.J. Tudor :)
Both are genuinely amazing authors.
I recently read Tudor's upcoming book The Drift which was excellent so I thought A Sliver of Darkness would be a satisfying pick this month--especially since it was just released yesterday. It's a collection of eleven "bone-chilling and mind-bending tales".
Happy reading (as happy as you can be with your bones chilled.)
