What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Requesting a recommendation. I was reading One true love by Taylor Jenkins Reid. But had to stop because it was getting too emotional. I’m currently finishing off This is us Series 5 . Is there a overall wholesome book recommendation. That’s got romance as main theme but anguish, family life? So far I think these books have came close to the show.
