Interesting form. I think this is a worthwhile research topic, and I'd be interested to see what conclusions you can draw from the data. If it's not overstepping, I'd like to give a little constructive feedback on your questions. I found some of the questions to be leading. It might be worthwhile to speak to your project advisor on how to write more empirically sound questions for your research. I could just see the questions creating bias in the respondents and skewing your data.
For example, there was a question about if the participant believed gen x would be more affected than gen z. Maybe rephrase is to ask participants to rank which generations they feel could be most influenced by toxic relationships portrayed in literature.
Your project sounds very interesting. I hope it goes well for you. It's so important to investigate social phenomena that primarily affect women/girls as this can be a focus area that is sorely neglected.
