Station Eleven is a quick read; not my favorite, but it was good.
Adventures of Tom Sawyer is hilarious. That little boy was a whole mess. smh
Parable of the Sower has great pacing and will go by fast. You will notice so many similarities between the time of the book and the state of the world now. It's creepy
I hope you have a better time this upcoming year and get to enjoy all of your books.

I always want to read the long books, but too many of them in a row can be a bit wearying. This list looks like a nice mix, though, so hopefully it feels that way to you also. I have read Little Women, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, The Handmaid's Tale, Station Eleven, Pachinko and The Shadow of the Wind, and liked them all. I hope you enjoy all your choices!
