I finished listening to Exiles by Aussie author Jane Harper - 3.5*.Third in policeman Aaron Falk series in which he informally investigates a missing mother urged on by her teenage daughter. Not as interesting as other books of hers but I enjoyed her well-developed characters and writing style.
I'm enjoying Simon McCleave's Anglesey crime series, with plenty of suspense and action on the Welsh island. Here's my review for #3

I weakened and started a new (to me) series. (What was I thinking?!) Of course, I enjoyed Martin Walker's French village, so I expect to be squeezing in another visit to Bruno, Chief of Police again before too long.

I finished listening to American Duchess: A Novel of Consuelo Vanderbilt by Karen Harper - 4*. An interesting fictionalized biography of a woman who lived an eventful life and slowly developed her independence in a time period when that wasn’t easy for women.
