Gayle | 111 comments I finished listening to The Strangler by William Landay - 3.5*.

This story involved a lot of police corruption with the mob and 3 brothers who inadvertently learn the truth about both. I liked the character development and family dynamics but not the violence.

A former bookkeeper for the mob goes into Witness Protection, tries to run a bookstore and runs into trouble. Light, easy to read, and humorous.
