HA members have chosen The Shuddering by Ania Ahlborn as a group read for January.
Should be some icy scares to be had.
Remember to use spoiler tags and have a good time!

Emilie | 48 comments This one is available through kindle unlimited through reading and listening.

One thing I never worry about with the good people on HA is having enough books to read. :D

Sarah | 16 comments So excited!! I’ve been flying through books this last month so I’m def saving this one for January. Now I just need to figure out where to get it since it’s not at my library 😭

Lindsay (heavyefinmetal) | 72 comments Yay! This one got my vote so I'm excited to read it. I'm still trying to frantically finish my 2022 reading goal, so this will wait until January for sure! (Even though I maybe already rented it on kindle unlimited...)

message 18: by Kim (new) - rated it 5 stars

Kim I've been thinking about reading this one. Glad it was chosen.

Aaron B | 86 comments A great thing about groups is the introduction of titles you hadn't found on your on. The Shuddering sounds neato-torpedo.

That's exactly who I joined HA. :)

I've got The Shuddering loaded and waiting for January.

I am thinking I might do the same, this book sounds really good!

I'm guessing that reading a book in a club like this leads to conversations about it? Without looking, which I'll admit is lazy, I wonder what else it entails..

Giovanni Farotto (farotto) | 85 comments i love this book, very creepy with an old school style
I'm on the audio book and since I had some driving this week I'm almost finished

Brenna Donahue | 38 comments Joining in on this one for January! Excited!

Uh-oh Mods - we have a spammer making their rounds in here!

Marie | 4030 comments I started this book last night and love how (view spoiler)

Leigh Taylor | 71 comments @ PiperDemaine totally inappropriate to be posting that here. This is only for people who want to read books and have discussions take your gambling "investng" app site else where

I'm glad you're off to a good start. I'm also wondering the same thing.

Lisa | 620 comments Can’t find this one at my library or Hoopla, which is really unusual. Kindle it is…

Heather (libbylilwing) | 24 comments Just got my copy from my library (did have to interlibrary loan it, as my district did not have it)! Excited to start reading!

Chandler | 254 comments Love Ania Ahlborn so I'm excited to read this one! Waiting on Amazon to bring me my copy.

Lindsay (heavyefinmetal) | 72 comments Just started it tonight. Always knew I made the right choice to move to a tropical place where it doesn’t snow.

I wish I had your foresight. 🤣

Thanks! I still don't know exactly (view spoiler)

Marie | 4030 comments The suspense buildup is killing me! LOL :)

Gareth Is Haunted (garethj1979) | 64 comments I'm thinking you may be a little disappointed regarding that Marie. I'm 80% in now and still wondering to some extent. I'm enjoying reading this still.

Ashley Johanson | 22 comments I just finished this book. It was not what I expected. I’m looking forward to seeing what others feel about the book.

Badseedgirl | 1033 comments Ok, so this might be an unpopular opinion, but I find Jane to be a bit of a whiny ass beotch. She has spent most of the book so far screeching at her brother, pining for Sawyer, and cooking/baking.

I don't think this requires a spoiler!
