That Summer discussion

I read a book a few years back and the plot was something a long the line as follows. It was about a politician's wife who has bought her a house on the beach meant to be a vacation home for them. The husband ends up being so busy with work that she goes to the house on her own a lot of the time. She ends up meeting a guy who has a house down the same beach. She spends more and more time with this man since her husband is not giving her the attention she deserves. I cannot remember the title, author, or character names so im sure this doesn't help narrow anything down but suggestions will help. Once i see the book i know ill remember. TIA.
