Like you, I've been a member of Goodreads for a while, but I just joined this group the other day.
Are you participating in this month's group read? If so, which book did you choose or are you reading both?

Maybe more historical noir / thriller but informative and lots of fun...

As I've said before, please don't promote your books here. Sara I can understand - she just joined the group and is introducing herself. Your link,is inappropriate here. Thanks.

Sorry -- I don't mean to be mean, but it's been a battle to keep reader threads for the readers and I just want to make sure it stays that way. Thanks -- I appreciate your help here!

I have read his Gridiron. Should not have.
My name is Sara Sheridan and I'm an author. My books include the Mirabelle Bevan mystery series set in the 1950s. Mirabelle has been described as like "Miss Marple with an edge."
I've been on Goodreads for ages but haven't really delved into the forums until recently. I'm hoping to make some new friends (feel free to befriend me!) and talk about historical and crime fiction with other like minded people. Historical fiction is my favourite genre and my favourite book is Water Music by TC Boyle, which everyone who knows me has heard me go on about.
