I have an announcement to make and I hope you'll forgive me for this.
This past year with many obligations and promises I couldn't keep made me think and reconsider priorities. There is only so much one person can do, and I miserably failed in many appointments life gave me, including this one, managing the B2M Club. I finally realized it is time for me to not exactly quit the club but rather to take a sort of sabbatical from it.
What does it really mean for you? The club will continue to exist as it is. There won't be any new monthly and quick reads, but you'll still be able to read and discuss books we have on our bookshelf. You can see it as a perk too - both you and me can now catch up on reading those books we had not yet found time to read. However, if you do express an interest for a new book or two (maybe I will too), I'll gladly put that particular book of interest on our bookshelf.
I hope you'll still continue to be part of the club and read the books available here. You still can suggest new books to read, and I'll gladly post new threads for them. I just won't be around as regularly as I was before.
I don't know how long this break will last. I do not wish to give up yet, because this is a great community and the choice of books was always exciting. Time will tell.
