It looks like someone has done this, however WorldCat has the page count as 336 pages.

Do you have the book in hand? Is there nothing after page 324? Some things we can count and others we cannot.

We don’t count the pages used for advertisements, preview chapters for other books or introductory material paged using roman numerals.

Included end material may include acknowledgments, afterwards, appendices, bibliographies, glossaries, indexes, notes, and suggested discussion questions.
