Ashley (bibliophrenia) | 112 comments I had a hard time picking out a book for this week. I was over thinking the challenge. Another poster for this week mentioned reading Private India, but having a hard time with the names. Knowing how the first Private book went, I'm not sure I could handle the large amount of characters with names that I wouldn't be able to remember, so I settled with Private London.

From this book, I expect there to be too many characters and story lines (like the first book), but also to be entertained.

Ashley (bibliophrenia) | 112 comments I thought this book was just okay. It did not have an overwhelming amount of characters, which was nice, but it wasn't exactly interesting either.

To be perfectly honest, I did not like the way the story was put together. It's like it was all thrown in, but not made to intertwine properly and the female detective is apathetic about capturing the killer. What gives?
