Nazomi I just started counting, after feeling confident.

1. Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris
2. A Slipping Down Life by Anne Tyler
3. Atonement by Ian McEwan
4. Bergdorf Blondes by Plum Sykes
5. Jane Austen Book Club by Karen Joy Fowler
6. A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray

I'll try to get my young adult books out of the way, because I think I'm getting too old for them..

Kathy (thebrainlair) Nazomi,
You are NEVER too old for YA books! Remember: YA is not an age, it's a category. As a librarian, I say: Read what you like, just keep reading!

Plus YA books are some of the best written books out there these days.

Melynna I totally agree with Kathy -- I'm a senior in college, married, and I have a toddler, and last summer I started reading YA stuff and have really enjoyed it. Read what makes you happy!
