I don't expect any votes for my first nomination but I am obsessed with this song. Apart from being one of our finest vocalists (The Blackeyed Susans and The Triffids (occasionally)), he has great taste. I could have nominated any of the tracks off this album but this one has a particularly European sound to me (tho Rob describes it as "Cuban meets Ethiopian jazz") and it also reminds me of a Joe Meek production.

My second nomination is an update of Powderfinger's hit "Wishing Well" with Bernard Fanning adding some vocals.
